Frequently commented as “the best location in town” by many who visit, Villa Playa Amigo is conveniently situated minutes away from beaches, surfing, waterfalls, shopping, dining, and popular tourist attractions. The villa is located on one of the best lots in the Canto Del Mar gated community, privately tucked away at the end of the road. Perched above the tranquil waters of Dominicalito Bay, listen to the soothing sound of the ocean day and night while enjoying the view through the lush rainforest canopy and out to the beach where you can see the waves rolling into shore and fishing boats coming in at sunset. The jungle surrounding the villa is teeming with animal life, including frequent visits by “Harry”, the resident sloth. It is a tranquil and peaceful setting that must be experienced in person to be truly appreciated.
Villa Playa Amigo is new to the rental market with many recent upgrades. The entrance flows into a bright, open living space with incredible views from the comfortable living room, remodeled kitchen and dining area. The large balcony, covered patio, bbq and hammock are perfect for outdoor lounging or entertaining guests.
Taking the stairs down to the first floor you will find a lounge area, laundry room, and two master bedrooms, both with ocean views, private bathrooms, new air conditioners, ceiling fans, and balconies overlooking over the jungle. The lounge area includes a queen sized pull out sofa. One bedroom has a comfortable king bed and en-suite bathroom with a natural stone walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with natural stone soaker tub & shower.
