Stayed for 2 nights and the group loved it.
The cafe next door was a treat and close to Southwold

Very comfortable family house, well equipped and in a wonderful location
family friendly property, first impression was a little off putting with weeds etc in front of house but once we were inside very comfortable and spacious.

Lots of space, and the layout of the rooms made it comfortable for 10 guests aged 1 to 70. Free entry to the Maize Maze was a bonus, but we only found out about it by chance. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to run around.
A few small details need attention. We found two very dirty and greasy trays in the oven on arrival. The kitchen utensils are not quite adequate for preparing meals for 10 people ( e.g. no big saucepan), and we could have done with more mugs, a cafetiere, and a working corkscrew.
