My co-worker and I were here for training. This home is very kid friendly but adult enough for an adult outing. If you navigate by landmarks like I do, the tall spires of the church directly across the street can be seen for blocks in any direction. Non slip bath mats were provided in both bathrooms which is important if you have little ones or are just a bit older like myself. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are much larger than it looks in the pictures. This is close to a variety of local restaurants and easy to navigate to anywhere else in the city. It was 105 outside our first day but the AC kept the house a comfortable 72 degrees. if I'm ever back in Provo this is THE spot to stay.

Very nice property. On a very busy road so a bit noisy. A/C is somewhat inconsistent between bedrooms but otherwise very comfortable. Property owner next door was responsive

We had 5 people in town for a wedding; accessing the rental was super easy, the rental was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils, and the location was perfect. I would absolutely rent this property again!

Very safe. We were there for a conference but brought my daughter. We loved it. Very nice fully loaded home. Loved walking to everything.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate (what light switches turned on what, etc). The owner was wonderfully responsive as well. Will absolutely stay here again on future trips.

We had a ball, very comfortable, enjoyed the colorful furniture and decor, beautiful stained glass. Lots of charm. Gorgeous remodeling, especially the wood doors and floors. Very easy communicating and checking in. Parking in the back was a tad tight. Only plan to bring two vehicles. No complaints, just important to know.

My mom, sister and I spent three nights at this charming bungalow while visiting Provo. We were very comfortable - there was plenty of room and it was well-appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully renovated! We loved the decor and felt right at home.
There is a little street noise at night, but I played some white noise on my phone and slept well.

The house was great. Very clean, and beautifully renovated. Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. I loved all of the pretty wood doors and wood finishes. We came up to Provo to attend a BYU football game and visit our daughter. It was great because we had somewhere to hangout with our whole family instead of a cramped hotel room.

We loved staying here!! Everything was great.
Hearing late night traffic was the only downfall.

Our family of four adults and a 2 year old were very comfortable. What a cute place! The attention to detail on the remodeling is just beautiful, from the crown molding to the wood doors and modern bathrooms. Plenty of towels, toiletries, spices, fresh ice, dishes and trash bags. Beds and duvets were comfy. Lots of parking. Easy 4-digit code entry. Cute porch to sit and watch the cars go by. Walking distance to the park and plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. Would absolutely stay again.

The location was perfect for walking to the grocery store and farmer's market, the kitchen table was big enough for all 7 of us adults to sit together and enjoy board games and dinner. They had everything we needed to cook meals and the beds were comfy. Also, the house is all re-done and is so nice! Cool artwork and beautiful kitchen and bathrooms.

My 3 sisters and I stayed here for a girls weekend. We LOVED the location. We didn't go more than 10-15 minutes away from the house and we packed a lot into our short weekend.
There is also a lot to do within walking distance which is fun.
The beds were all comfortable which is important! We would definitely stay here again.

First, this is the cutest bungalow we have ever stayed at! The decorations and attention to detail were perfect and so well done. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The back bedroom (with two twin beds) can get a little warm, but we're the kind of family that likes it really cold; however, understand that can't always happen when we're away from home. 500 West is a busy road, but you don't hear the traffic from inside the house. The host was responsive to any questions we had. Stay here...you won't regret it!

We loved our stay in Provo. The house is beautifully redone. The kitchen is great for cooks- all of the necessary supplies and then some. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms are clean and nice. We loved the location. We went to the farmer's market on Saturday, walked center street, and went across the street to grocery shop. just a mile or so from the freeway, and also a mile from BYU. While in Provo, we explored trails, went tubing, went to Park City, and SLC. Communication was super easy.
The only downside for us was that the back bedroom (2 twins) is slightly warmer than the rest of the house. We were there during a heatwave, so that wasn't helping anything! There is a fan in the room and the AC for the house works great. Just warmer in that room during the day. Otherwise I have no complaints and would definitely return with my family.

The place was very nice and comfortable. It’s located near BYU and everything else needed.

We loved the decor and quality of the house. It was the perfect space for our family to enjoy eatting, gathering and playing games. Its a very well set up space with a sweet homey feel with everything you would need.

This was a great place- super clean, fun decorations, comfortable. The host was very helpful getting into the place and made check in and check out very easy.

We loved the fun decor and the location was perfect for our college roommate reunion. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great spot for us to stay while visiting family. We loved having the kitchen to make breakfast and store snacks. The home is nicely decorated and comfortable. We used a white noise app to drown out the street noise in the master bedroom for a great stay.

This house was perfect for our young adult family. We came for a wedding, reception and rehearsal dinner- we loved the colorful, fun and tastefully decorated rooms! Centrally located to all the different events we had going. Great place- it’s off a main road which was fine for us because we did not have small kids.

Nice property. Well cared for. Great for families

We can not say enough wonderful things about this home! The home is beautiful and has everything you could ever need to make your visit extremely accommodating. The beds were so comfortable, there were plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows and bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and even special guest towels and towels for your make-up. The Hosts have thought of Everything! We did not have an opportunity to cook in the kitchen, because we were having a bridal shower locally, that was being catered and I knew we were going to have leftovers. Friday night the game plan was to cook, but with all of us arriving and last minute things to do before Saturday, we brought food in as the bride and groom had to finish up there invitations for there big day in June.
After the bridal shower we retreated back to the house and sat around the dining table playing games, we got to enjoy each others company as some of the siblings that live locally all work and really are not able to get together as often as they like, so this was the perfect house be together and Celebrate Life. Two of the sisters were sitting on the green couch, catching up and just enjoying their time together... The house is so very comfortable and inviting.
Having the large island in the kitchen was the perfect work space to assemble the wedding invitations as well go over the guests lists.
If you can't tell we Really enjoyed your home and we will definitely be back as your home is so close to all of our nieces and nephews homes as well as many of our favorite restaurants and even the markets.

We would stay there again if we need a place in the Provo area. The house is so charming and comfortable Thanks

Very updated well kept place for my family. There was no hot water so the showers were freezing. When I contacted the property manager about the issue she responded to try the pilot light. Once I informed her the pilot would not reignite I didn’t receive a response for the rest of the trip nor after. Great place and would have been perfect if not for the no hot water.

Beautiful home and very comfy accomodations. Central location is good but not for someone who wanta to feel secure.
Master bedroom sheets have permanent stains and holes. This time the house had a dog smell that every one noticed.

Cute place, some of the blankets/quilts could use a wash, otherwise clean. Nice kitchen, beds comfy.

Great place and easy access. Very comfortable and perfect for our group. Danielle was very responsive to our needs and communication was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Great, very responsive hosts. Well appointed, fun bungalow. Only slight downside is that it is on a busy road. The road noise isn't really noticeable from inside the bungalow, but there are no "views". Still, easy walk to downtown Provo if you like walking (10 minutes). Beautifully and interesting decor.
