Uitstekend

Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Ligging is ideaal voor mensen dat met de trein reizen. Goede ligging om naar de winkels te gaan en de restaurants.

Geen enkel probleem ervaren.

Kamer was schoon, ligging vh hotel top, maar boven aan stond het personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Zonder iemand te kort te willen doen maar Nina en het team dank je wel voor de persoonlijke benadering!

Ik miste een koelkastje op de kamer

Nice Hotel to spend the weekend

Very nice hotel, clean room and very comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was the best, very complete! Location also very central in Leiden near by all restaurants but a bit far from the tulip fields, 40 min by bike.

Pillows were not to comfy, they were a bit to tall. The staff was very nice, but as we went to see the tulips fields when we ask, they were not very sure how to get there.

Excellente surprise, quoique bien "cachée"

L'emplacement près de la gare et sans bruits nocturnes! La gentillesse du personnel. La qualité de la nourriture.

La difficulté d'accès en voiture (à cause des travaux routiers) il manquait quelques indications claires par fléchage.

Personal approach from a professional hotel in a very convenient location

Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, went out of their way to meet out needs.

Comfortable stay for a few days.

It’s close to all amenities. It’s quite comfortable although I found the pillows hard. The staff and very friendly and helpful.

I found the breakfast overpriced for what it was. The hot food was nearly always cold.

Superb

Hotel very accomodating to any requests made. Prompt responses to emails with queries. Staff are really friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel and service was lovely.

Very good

Great location. The hotel was near to the train station and the bus terminal where the bus would directly take us to the Keukenhof gardens. The staff at the restaurant was kind enough to prepare a table for three although we did not make a reservation in advance.

Good hotel

Nicely located next to the train station. It has parking facilities and good breakfast buffet.

It was very good.

The breakfast was nice. The view was good. The room was big enough. All stuff was always very helpful.

There was a continuous noise coming from the fan in the bathroom. Normally it must switch off when we switch off the light of the bathroom. On the other hand beneath of the beds was never cleaning. After ten days a pile of dust accumulated in there.

Comfortable

The check in process was very smooth and the room was much more spacious than I expected. The service was good and the room was kept in a good condition throughout my stay. I checked out early at 5.30 am but the train was only at 6.00am so the staff kindly suggested that I remain nice and warm in the lobby before making my way to the station. A very nice gesture which I very much appreciated.

Given that I do not use a radiator where I am from and it was late autumn/early winter when I stayed, I would have appreciated some information on how to use the radiator, which I found online on my own.

Golden tulip

The hotel is in a great location, its only a couple of minutes walk from the train station and the centre of Leiden, the rooms are very clean and the beds were really comfortable, the rooms were cleaned everyday and towels replaced.The staff were all very friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay

The dinner menu didn't have much variety.

The location - it's awesome. Two steps to the right and you're at the station, two steps to the left and you've got the beautiful canal and the city. It's such a useful location and I'm so happy I booked it. The staff are nice, and the rooms have everything you'd need - some amenities, enough storage, both vertical and horizontal.

I spose the look isn't something everyone would love, since it looks quite old fashioned, but that's a matter of taste. Also, the shower didn't have a door so the floor in the bathroom was always wet.

We had a lovely stay - the room was great, the staff were fantastic, and the location is unbeatable!

We had a really lovely stay at the Tulip Inn for our anniversary. The room was extremely clean and beautiful, and the staff were really lovely. The location is amazing - just a 2-minute walk from the train station, and a 5-minute walk from the centre of Leiden.

The only problem was that the air-conditioning was not working in our room, so it was a bit too warm for our liking. However, the staff were very helpful and gave us two Dyson cooling fans to use, which helped a lot.
