Great for large groups, poor for individual travelers

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh options. However, the hotel's size and guest volume lead to challenges with restocking. For example, skim milk was often unavailable, and popular Nespresso capsules ran out early. Arriving after 8:00 AM meant a limited selection of coffee.

This hotel is better suited for large groups than individual travelers. It caters primarily to airline crews, student groups, and organized tours, with services and amenities designed for their specific needs. As a result, individual guests find a lack of personalized attention and flexibility.

o Hotel tem uma excelente localização e a AMPLA área de embarque/desembarque traz um conforto a mais. A equipe toda é muito cordial e prestativa. O café da manhã é sensacional com direito a omeletes, panquecas tapiocas feitas na hora e uma boa variedade de frutas/paes/cafes/sucos.Os quartos são muito confortáveis.

o preço dos quartos dobrou em relação à minha ultima estadia. Como já me hospedei diversas vezes nesse hotel me chamou a atenção a redução na pressão de água do chuveiro (Não estava impossivel de tomar banho, mas nas outras vezes me chamava muito a atenção positivamente a ducha que era quase uma cachoeira em volume e pressão de água). também senti falta da disponibilidade de carregador para carro elétrico/hibrido que não existe mais (na ultima hospedagem quando fui pegar o carro no checkout o manobrista me surpreendeu com a bateria do carro 100% carregada!!!)

Maravilhoso! Melhor que já fiquei em SP. Mas não tem TV Smart em todos os quartos.

Melhor hotel que já fiquei em São Paulo. Serviço, atendimento, café-da-manhã, estrutura, equipe, todos maravilhosos.

Só ter TV smart com acesso a Internet nos quartos Premium. Chega a ser inacreditável um hotel de mais de 1k reais a diária não ter esse serviço em todos os quartos hoje em dia. Até hotéis muito mais baratos têm.

Não vale o custo beneficio

Sobre a limpeza, localização e conforto o hotel é ok, mas fora isso precisa melhorar. Paguei o café da manhã na hora e a funcionaria informou estar em promoção mas de julho, no dia seguinte me cobrou o valor cheio, no outro dia o outro funcionaria me cobrou com desconto, questionei o pq de no dia anterior terem me cobrado o valor normal e ele disse que EU tinha que ter falado para a funcionaria do hotel sobre o desconto. Ou seja, funcionários extremamente mal preparados. Já me hospedei outras vezes e sempre tem problemas, achei que eram erros isolados mas agora vi que são recorrentes.

Já me hospedei varias vezes neste hotel e posso dizer com propriedade. Funcionários mal preparados, desde o check in que quando perguntamos coisas básicas eles não sabem responder e perguntam uns aos outros e por vezes passam informações erradas. Deveriam avisar que a academia do hotel é aberta ao publico. A mesma precisa de manutenção. Por pouco meu marido não sofre um acidente, pois o banco de supino que estava inclinado desceu quando estava em uso, (meu marido treina a 27 anos, não é iniciante). Amigos que se hospedaram conosco também tiveram problemas referente a funcionários e café da manha pois passaram informações erradas. Sobre a limpeza do quarto: Não repuserem as aguas do frigobar, não retiraram os lixos deixados, basicamente só arrumavam a cama.

Bom custo benefício em SP.

Esse é um bom hotel para quem precisa viajar a trabalho para SP e chega pelo aeroporto de Congonhas. Bonito, confortável e com bons serviços. Boa academia e bom café da manhã.

Fancy, beautiful and well located hotel

The hotel is very well located and this is its main advantage. It's just 8 minutes by walk from Ibirapuera park, which is quite a central location in São Paulo. The staff is very welcoming and supportive. They really have an outstanding professionalism. By the other hand, the hotel room was looking a little bit old and lacking maintenance for a so-called 5-star hotel. The wall painting was worn, the closet doors were misaligned and hanging. The minibar was quite complete with many different snacks and beverages available. The restaurant was quite nice as also the hotel bar.

The room had some minor problems, like worn painting, old closet, lacking basic beauty devices, like curling iron, and my towels were not changed for my whole 5 days stay. This is quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

breakfast is normal, not so much choice but staff are all very nice and helpful.

The first day experience was really bad. When I arrived there, I found my room was not even cleaned. A lot of garbage left from the previous guest. The next day when I went out, I put the sign on the door to ask for cleaning in the early morning. When I came back noon time, it was not cleaned, so I called to ask for cleaning, but I came back again around 5pm the room still was not cleaned. I called again and had waited for more than one hour and finally saw someone. It was late, so I just asked her to clean a little bit the washroom and change the towels. I do not know why it was so difficult to get some service, I had to call several times and still get ignored. Maybe they were too busy, so I tried not to bother eventually.

Very nice hotel for a short or long stay in the heart of Sao Paulo - Great location

The room was spacious, well-decorated, with enough amenities expected from a 5* hotel. The room service was convenient. The check-in-check-out processes were done smoothly. We received a late check-out for 2 hours which was really appreciated. The restaurant was serving high-quality food, with a great service. The breakfast was a highlight, nice diversity of food, fruits, cold cuts and breads. Everything was fresh and high quality.

On the check-out date which coincided with Mother's day, no table was available for the hotel guests to have lunch or even a light snacks (all the tables at the bar and restaurant were assigned to events)! That was a little out of ordinary. In rush hours, getting a taxi from hotel to anywhere in the city was with a long delays.

The pool was too small. The usb wasn’t working on my room and I had problem at the beginning of my stay to change to another room. It was frustrating a 5 star hotel USB with poor quality and not working. I rang reception and the ladie ask me to buy one charger I ask to change to another room and after a bit of stress I got it.

Functional business hotel close to the Ibirapuera park. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has some interesting dishes (e.g. steak tartare). Although the hotel sits next to the highway, we didn't heard the noise of the street in our room on the 10th floor.

Service can be sometimes very slow in the restaurant.
