Boa limpeza. Acolhimento dos funcionários foi ok....o colchão é muito bom.

Fiquei 3 dias e no segundo fiquei sem água quente após um dia inteiro de trabalho. Foi muito ruim. Mas resolveram no dia seguinte. Faltou uma lixeira na sala(fiquei num quarto triplo) . E pouca luminosidade na sala também.

Experiência excelente.

Fiquei no apartamento 243 e é excelente. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente, TV a cabo nas duas televisões do quarto com todos os canais de esportes e filmes. Ar condicionado funcional, internet excelente (roteador dentro do próprio quarto, que faz toda diferença). O chuveiro excelente! Sem dúvida uma das melhores experiências em hotéis que já tive na minha vida. Isso porque foi muito corrido e não tive a oportunidade de desfrutar das áreas de lazer como piscina, sauna, academia, quadras, entre outros. Foi uma experiência sensacional.

O único ponto que gostaria de citar é com relação ao café da manhã, que poderia ter mais opções, pelo custo da diária, acredito que deixou um pouco a desejar.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei hospedada

Gostei da banheira, da piscina, da cama, da TV, do espaço e principalmente da vista. O apartamento é lindo, tinha tudo que precisávamos, inclusive secador de cabelo. Também tinha TV a cabo e o café da manhã foi impecável. O lugar é lindo e bem organizado, também deixaram toalhas, duas garrafas d’água, roupa de cama e shampoo e sabonete. Pretendo voltar! Ah, e fica perto do metrô Santana, andamos uns 10 minutinhos só.

Gostei de tudo, nada do que reclamar. Indico muito!

Bueno para dormir, no esperar mas

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno.

El baño emitía ruido muy fuerte de cañerías, no cambiaban toallas, la mampara de vidrio de la ducha se habría, los aires no estaban enchufados y los controles no se veían, las lámparas no tenían enchufe cerca por ende eran decorativas, el personal era amable pero no nos podíamos comunicar no contaban con el básico de español o inglés.

Cost X benefit. Nice facility and nice view from São Paulo from higher floors

Still charging for local phone calls. Suites have bathroom and powder room, but BOTH are in the bedroom. Please find a way of isolating powder room from bedroom.

1 hour to release our room.

Clean and comfortable.

I arrived at 15.pm, 1 hour after the permitted check-in and had to wait 1hour to enter in the room. Yes. 1 hour! Check-in in booking 14:00 however the room was free to enter only 16:00.

Very friendly and helpful staff. When you contacted reception, they dealt with the request very quickly. The breakfast was ample and you never waited for things to be replaced. I liked the idea of the restaurant on the top floor, it gives you a great view of the city. The pool area is plentiful and the pool is a nice size.

There was no gym due to refurbishment and there is some tidying up to rooms that needs looking at, but apart from that, we were just looking for a room to rest in after the day, so it proved its purpose. A remote for both rooms would have been a better touch.
