Clean room, comfortable bed.

We got the room with small window in the corner. So room was not so cozy. Also it's a bit confusing to have a glass door to the toilet.

Room service and cleaning

There is no registration, I came with my 75-year-old mother and the elevator only works if the cafe is open, and then all the time the waiters were indignant that we go through the cafe to the elevator, and for two days the cafe did not work and my mother had to go up to the second floor along a terrible staircase, with a problem leg. No one warned that there was no elevator. I also booked three rooms for the family, and in room 8 there was no internet at all, I just didn’t catch Wi-Fi there, and for two days they couldn’t move me to another room because everyone was busy and this really interfered with my business. Horror

Disappointing

Location.

No staff, checkin by code. Spooky atmosphere. Tiny attic room, no elevator. Heating didn't work. Coffee for only three cups. Unbelievable for this exaggerated price.

Very good

Wonderful Service and team! We had a small issue with the room and were immediately transferred to another suite. Service was so kind and helpful even though we called after the reception was closed! The bike rental and self-check in worked great and allowed for a lot of flexibility. We will definitely be coming again and absolutely recommend Hotel Bloemendaal.

Superb

The location ist just superb! A very cozy room, tea and coffee machine, good shower. The breakfast in the sister hotel was very delicious.

The glass door in the bathroom is quite a challenge. If you have heavy luggage you should be aware of the narrow stairs - very charming though. The bed might be a little too soft but it is just our personal taste - we would book the hotel again by all means!

Hotel staff was wonderful and Restaurant staff also lovely (even though not belonging to the hotel) Room was spacious yet a had warm, cozy feel to it - also: bed was super comfortable! Location of the hotel is perfect to both shopping streets (Overveen + Bloemendaal) and direct access to Restaurant Vooges on the ground floor of the hotel was definitely a bonus

Comfortable location, very friendly staff

The location was beautiful and the staff very friendly! Also, the check in and check out system was very 'smart'/ modern, because of the use of a specific application.

The only thing that it could be improved, is that unfortunately when you open the tap in the bathroom, all the water falls outside the sink, due to bad installation.

Bed was comfy

Do not think that the word 'luxury' should have been used. Bigger double would be more apt. For the price compared with other countries it was very poor value for money. Brrakfast wasnt even included. Was more like a nice hostel, was no interaction with staff

it was calm, relaxing. Good facilities and a very clean environment. The location was very well for the things we wanted to do.

It would have been nice if there was a fridge in the room or a mini bar.

Very good

It’s our place of choice whenever in Bloomendael, so always great to stay there. Great location and ease of access

This trip we recd no toiletries apart from shower gel, not sure why they have changed this as has never been this way. We raised this with reception but nothing was done about it so maybe this a new way of operating?
