Great location, attentive staff and amazing view

Everything! The view was to die for. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff (especially Nikolas) went out of their way to ensure a wonderful holiday. The location was central to everything but quiet.

Unforgettable!

Premium location! Beautiful rooms and furniture! Super friendly staff! We got an upgrade of room so I am more than happy.

Oh the WiFi. There is barely any signal in the bedroom, but I guess it has to do with the architecture of the traditional buildings. The walls are simply too thick for signal to penetrate.

Aigialos Santorini perfect hotel - please don't change

Beautiful hotel with superb staff - nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent a la carte breakfast served to our room terrace, which had a spectacular view over the caldera. Special mention for Leon, who made our stay even more special.

The most perfect long weekend.

We had the most perfect long weekend in Santorini at the Aigialos. The setting is gorgeous, the food was amazing, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Fira is beautiful, the sunsets were amazing, and this little settlement is stunning.

Sensational position overlooking the iconic view of the Caldera and the panoramic views of Santorini- the room is a classic stylish Greek home with every amenity- I recommend the evening dinner on the spacious balcony - even as hardened travelers of 50 years it gladdened and revitalized our joy of beautiful moments in a picturesque wonderland called Santorini- and we can’t say enough about the staff and their friendly attention to detail to provide the memories of our trip

Advertisement fools the eye claiminng to be part of the worlds small hotel luxury collection. It's nice but so many places in thira to choose from makes it confusing. This place a bit dated and not cutting edge as it appears to be in text and pictures.

The location was great , in a private neighborhood setting with a gorgeous view of the sea. 5-10 minutes walk to main street and all the restaurants and shops. Very good selection of the breakfast items, beautifully set up on the private balcony at the exact requested time. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

For those travellers who like a quiet sort of luxury, this is the place to be in Santorini.

Excellent breakfast, served in our room or on the balcony. The view from the room and both of our balconies was exceptional and therefor priceless. Every day, waking up was like in a dream. From a height of 250 m. we had an undisturbed view of the Egean Sea and the Caldera. The sunset, which we could enjoy from our private space with an aperitif, was enchanting.

The sanitary facilities were very clean, though confined. But this will be helped during the inpending renovation.

A remarkable place - staff, size/decor of rooms, breakfast service, location and VIEW! EXCEPTIONAL!

The Aigialos Traditional Settlement is exceptional. The room was oversized and furnished most tastefully. The marble bath was a complete delight. Breakfast on the special patio overlooking the water and caldera was incredible. This is a most exceptional place to stay -- would absolutely come again! Highly recommended!

Dream stay in the centre of Fira village overlooking the stunning Aegean sea

1. Excellent location overlooking the caldera 2. Front desk staff Nikos and Evi were exceptionally helpful, tips about local sightseeing were very helpful 3. Room was great spacious 4. Breakfast spread was limited but pretty fulfilling 5. Taxis etc were arranged without any hassle

1. Hotel entrance is not accessible by direct road due to the location, which means lugging your own heavy luggage to get to the hotel is impossible.

Fabulous stay with ocean views!

The staff is very welcoming, the location is the best and the views are fabulous! I especially loved having breakfast and dinner on our terrace, listening to the beautiful bells. This hotel was very accommodating to our requests and we will definitely stay here when we return. Many top restaurants all walking distance and lots of great shopping nearby. This hotel (pics here) is exactly what I wanted for our trip to Santorini.
