Etre soigné aux petits oignons et charger ses batteries d'énergie solaire en plein hiver

Si vous voyagez sans enfants, la formule Prestige est sans conteste celle à retenir. Dans cette formule, vous êtes gâtés comme un roi. Le petit déjeuner est plantureux et aux saveurs changeantes de jour en jour. Il y en a pour tous les gouts. Les smoothies, les jus de fruit sont frais. La salle du petit déjeuner est pourvue d'une vue splendide directe sur l'océan. Dans la partie Prestige de l'hôtel, il y a une (très) grande piscine et un jacusi - tous deux chauffés. Et vous pouvez vous servir au bar de la piscine de toutes sortes de boissons (à l'exception des cocktails et alcools forts) à volonté jusqu'à 18H. Pour ceux qui veulent se reposer, c'est sans aucun doute une adresse à essayer.

L'éternelle histoire de la réservation dès l'aube des ''bonnes'' places des chaises longues... Il y a cependant assez de chaises longues pour tout le monde. La place pour ranger les affaires pour un voyage d'une semaine est un peu juste. Pourquoi une douche aussi grande? Une partie de celle-ci pourrait être dédiée à un rangement supplémentaire.

Insgesamt sehr gute Anlage

Sehr gute Lage zum Strand. Ort ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliches Personal. Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Insgesamt sehr gute Anlage mit ausreichend Parkplätzen in der Nähe.

Leider gibt es eine Klima oder Lüftungsanlage auf dem Hotelgelände. Diese läuft mit ziemlicher Lautstärke 24 Stunden non-stop. Alle Zimmer in der Nähe hören das trotz geschlossener Tür .

a bit too basic for a 5 star hotel but if you are not looking for a chick it has all you need

very good location, close to beach, the staff are doing a great job. Seems like the owner is running a lean business with staff doing multitasks. The animator guy who is doing aqua gym instruction, he is also a yoga instructor, a fitness instructor and a performer at night show. So, the guys and girls doing a great job. Reception people are good, especially Severine, a French lady was very helpful. Fresh juices at the breakfast were very appreciated.

the reason for not 9 points is that when we were taking food at the breakfast buffet we saw cockroaches running there next to food in 2 consecutive days. We didn't look for insects, but when you see them, it ruins the whole experience.

- The room is not clean with a strange smell - Customer service is among one of the worst 5-star hotels. Staff are rude and really don't care about how they made the guests feel - Breakfast room is very busy and noisy, with very limited selection of food - Very overpriced for what it offers

Great food, great facilities for kids and lovely beach

Superb buffet, great splash area for children with a great playground with best view! Good sized family room, cleaned daily. The little shack by the splash zone was really handy to feed the kids during the day when hungry!

Our first room was above the main bar, 3rd floor, and was very noisy on our second night. The hotel moved us straight away to the block the other side of the splash zone which was nice and quiet.

Perfect family vacation! Great entertainment activities

The stay exceeded expectations in all ways. The buffet was delicious with a lot of variety. The facilities were perfect with lots of activities for kids and adults. The personnel was superb: that included receptionists, waiters and people working behind the ovens at the buffet. Special mention to the entertainment team: the musical and juke box shows were something to remember.. we really had a blast ! Our favorite fitness trainer was Tony 😃 Definitely an unforgettable trip thanks to the great views, location, facilities and amazing staff!

That we have post vacational depression and we didn’t want to leave !

Good standard hotel with responsive and amenable staff.

The location is very good; within easy walking distance of town. Breakfast was the only meal taken at the hotel but the range of items available was good. Snacks were good and staff always polite and responsive. A good standard of hotel with good food and facilities.

Great breakfast, nice decor, good pools (although the main one should be heated) & very helpful staff. Solid 5* hotel.

Beds could be bigger, would prefer one super king vs twin.

Exceptional

Food and drink is amazing ! so much variety and very tasty, the service at this hotel is top class 🥂 Loads of entertainment for the kids! Also perfect location 10 min walk along the front to the centre.

It was an ideal getaway

The staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful. The food was spectacular. Its definitely worth paying a little extra more to get access to the lounge and adult only pool area, even outside of school holidays. I booked 4 nights as a surprise for my husbands 40th and they prepared a lovely cake inside the room. The balcony was large and relaxing, and we had a great view over the pool and towards the ocean. They have tennis available too and great treatments at the spa.

Perfect location. Paid extra for a luxury room. Sea views amazing Half board. Breakfast was amazing. Very slick operation.in the restaurant. Nothing ever ran out Friendly staff. Perfect few days. Nearby beach beautiful with good restaurants

a great hotel in a great location

staff very welcoming and helpful. rooms spacious and clean. good sized balcony with great sea view - even though booked rooms describes as side view. Breakfast was extensive with well cooked fresh food. good distance from the centre with a pleasant promenade walk to a wide range of restaurants. good range of pools

Great hotel, for couples and families

Great option for fully inclusive, staff were great and the prestige area was excellent for people who wanted a quiet relaxing time away from children ( nothing against them, and the children area was excellent, so would recommend the hotel to parents too). Food and drinks were upto a much better standard than expected, breakfast was exceptional.

Whilst I would highly recommend the hotel I would say the vegetarian option were limited, especially in the evenings, very old fashioned options, lots of veg dished up in different ways……. .

A quality hotel and ice for a week’s break

Staying in the separated Prestige area made all the difference as it was school halfterm. Half board plus access to the complimentary pool bar covered all our needs(?!) for calories through the day. Bed comfortable.

Thought the Prestige Lounge was disappointing; the furniture was uncomfortable and below standard

Overall very nice!

The breakfast and dinner buffet is amazing, great atmosphere, very kids-friendly, super helpful staff 👍

During dinner they charge 3 EUR for a bottle of filtered tap water which is free of charge any other time and place in the hotel.
