good location - close to large parking near ocean and market, nice smaller hotel, nice hotel staff

room was spacy with balcony and nice view

water stream in the bathroom was weak but sufficient (perhaps water saving in tenerife?) and the bathtub was older.. but taking into account the price of the room it was acceptable

The place was nice , felt quite and cozy , the reception were really nice and helped us plan what to do and where to go:) Really big shower and room

Was a bit dark there and hard to get by foot (need to climb the street a bit if u come from the restaurant area)

Cozy,central and clean

Cleaned everyday, Young guy at reception very friendly. Apart from steep Hills...very central.

Water in bathroom could have been hotter and more pressure.

Cheap, simple, but comfy acoomodation wiht reduced staff

COmfy bed, The furniture in the room was old, but it was painted, the windows and doors were replaced, it seems that they care about the accommodation. Coffe automat and softdrink automat is OK Coffee is 0,80. The cleaning is OK.

TV wasn't function, the room is worker smelly, The Staff, are awful, the boarding pass is not printable, cause The staff doesn't understand computers, and not PC and printer in ttis accomodation.

Perfect for couples wanting a little mini holiday , on a small accommodation budget. Great location.

The location of this little hotel is great. It's only 5 minutes away from the big main bus station. It's in a really great place and it's a fairly quiet street. Cars that's all. You don't see many people walking around . From our balcony we could clearly see the sea on the right and then Mount Teide on the left!! Really amazing clear views of Mount Teide that was a real treat!! We are a middle aged couple who like little breaks. This hotel is perfect for 2-3 nights. We like to be out all day long and then have a nice hot shower and a clean bed when we return and this little hotel provided all this for us. The reception staff were all very helpful and nice. The hotel is old and the furniture although once high quality wooden furniture looks old today in 2022 but it was all very clean. The bedding smelled lovely and fresh and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a few days away. It was a very safe hotel and in a nice safe quiet area.

The hotel is very posh, do not let the price fool you. It’s massive value for money. Super clean rooms, very helpful staff, the furniture looks nice too. Itasia the manager who I interacted with, went out of her way to help me! Highly recommend the place.

Loved it

The hotel is nicely decorated in the old Canarian style, the rooms are big and the wifi is really fast. Also, the staff is very nice.

I liked everything about my stay. Maybe an improvement suggestion would be to add some (more) insulation to the walls.

very good stay for proper money

nice big room with very comfortable bed and bright, clean bathroom. Location is good enough, not far from the shop, bar and ocean. Professional Staff, good cleaning

the only thing I was missing is kettle , to be able to make tea

Really good option!

The rooms were very clean, renovated & the hotel was not noisy at all. It is super central and definitely by far the most economic option in Puerto!

Against our expectations from previous reviews, water pressure was totally fine. The water did not get very hot, but was good for a quick shower.
