Muy mala experiencia, pérdida de dinero y engaños

Ha sido una pérdida de dinero y he tenido varios problemas que me han impedido disfrutar de mis vacaciones. El host hace lo que quiere, sin consecuencias. No es lo que se anuncia. El host miente y engaña. Daban a elegir hora de check in, pero es mentira, la hora que elijas no te la respetarán, el host da largas de que no sabrá hasta cerca de la fecha del check in si puedes entrar a esa hora para que no canceles. Lo normal suele ser la hora del check in ser igual a la hora del check out, lo más común es de 12 a 12, pero aquí es 3pm el check in y 12pm el check out... y ni siquiera el host lo ha respetado el check in fue no a las 3pm sino después de las 3pm. Para rematar la noche antes del check out el host envió un mensaje diciendo que tenía que hacer el check out antes de la hora con un simple "disculpe las molestias", tras indicarle que no es correcto ha amenazado con hacer cargos extra. El alojamiento tenía mal la cisterna, había demasiado ruido afectando mi descanso y lo que utilizas para cocinar está en mal estado, por que no es seguro en términos de salud para hacer comida y acabas gastando un dinero que pensabas ahorrar teniendo que comer fuera. Lo de que incluye parking es mentira, cuando hice la reserva decía que tenía parking privado gratuito, tras quejarme lo ha cambiado y aún así sigue engañando a la gente, el parking de la calle es público y no pertenece al alojamiento, tampoco hay parking porque siempre está lleno, yo tardaba unos 30 minutos mínimo en encontrar algún sitio que no estuviese super lejos para aparcar. Si contactas con soporte aunque booking te dé la razón, lo único que hacen es mandarle un mensaje al host y esperar su respuesta, en mi experiencia una pérdida de tiempo. El soporte de booking dijo que mandarían un mensaje cuando el host respondiese, pero el host como ya tiene mi dinero le ha dado lo mismo y no he sabido nada más, llevo esperando desde el 25 del mes pasado. Hay alojamientos mucho más baratos y mejores.

Perfecto

La ubicación perfecta aunque las playas están cerradas por contaminación, cerca de las demás playas, la recepción maravillosa, la gente muy simpática aunque hubo un problemita al recibir las llaves. Aún así todo perfecto, el apartamento limpio y súper bonito, pequeño pero muy acogedor.

La playa más cercana estaba cerrada por contaminación.

A pleasant apartment near the beach and the bus station

The apartment is located very close to the beach and to the bus station, which made comfortable the trips around the island. Nice pool and balcony, well organised kitchen with everything needed, cozy bed and sofa, and a lot of things to make every stay pleasant.

Great place. The host was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean. Excellent location. Had everything we needed. The staff al Valle Luz are all lovely.

Superb

Very clean. Everything you need for a short stay, also to cook! Very nice to sit on the balcony. Friendly and helpful host. Location is also great

Everything what you need is there, best for one or two people. Location amazing,shops pubs beachfront all in place.

Balcony little bit too small, swimming pool on a roof wasn't available but biggest issue was cockroaches.

Very good

Very friendly conversation and easy instructions. The flat was very clean, well equipped and comfy, althought the bed was a little small for us (1,40 cm- but we tend to sleep like stars with our limps everywhere :D) and unfortunately it could not be put to a wall- but thats just sth. we prefer. The view from the apartment is to an housefloor opposite. Apart from that the location is awesome- very closeby to the center and the beach (few minutes walk). We enjoyed our stay- thanks a lot!

Really nice place and great communication with owners. The place was conveniently next to jardin beach and still also very near to the centrum. Everything clean and comfortable :)!.

Perfect weekend in Puerto de la Cruz

The equipment was really great, all useful facilities were available in the apartment (kitchen, hair dryer, iron etc). Good location.
