Centraal, luxueus verblijf.

Kamer echt ruim met prachtig uitzicht. Badkamer ook super ruim. Ontbijt ook super.

Inchecken duurde echt lang. 40 minuten moeten aanschuiven.

A disappointing choice

Very nice view from the room, comfy bed and super tasty breakfast. The price also seemed quite right.

Before arrival I received emails from the hotel stating that "exceeding your expectations is our top priority" and "We're counting down the days until your arrival, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to provide you with a truly memorable stay" hahaha! serious miss match with reality! Upon arrival we have been faced with a loooooong queue to check in. Just two desks working and dozens of guests standing and waiting impatiently. It took exactly 40 minutes before we got our turn! Nobody seemed to care or try to make sure all the people waiting in line were taken care of. This welcome did indeed provide me with a memorable experience, but a very negative one. In the "Superior Room" where I stayed the main lamp did not work, the bathroom had numerous yellowish stains in the grout and the shower head was falling apart. Also the coffee machine was strategically placed on the night stand right next to the pillows - probably so that you can make yourself coffee without even getting out of bed... definitely not a hotel I would recommend

Idéalement situé juste en face de la gare, accueil chaleureux, superbe piscine, salle de bain très spacieuse, lit confortable, rien à signaler !

Excellent séjour

Localisation parfaite en face de la gare. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Magnifique piscine / hammam / sauna. Excellent petit-déjeuner.

Poor customer service experience.

I had been prompted to up-grade to a family room - and was given a different room and when I questioned it they simply moved me again to another room of the same design . The hotel could not offer any restaurant facilities on BOTH days of our stay and this is not advertised anywhere.

Pas de correspondance entre la réservation et la chambre reçue au niveau des lits !

Le fait d'avoir deux lits une personne alors que je voyage avec mon compagnon. Je n'aurais en aucun cas réservé à cet hôtel si j'vais été averite de cela dès le départ !

Leuk verblijf in een mooi hotel op een ideale locatie.

Heel uitgebreid ontbijt in mooie ruimte met uitzicht op het station. Zeker voor wie met de trein reist, een ideale locatie. Het personeel is supervriendelijk, zowel aan het ontbijt als in de bar en aan de receptie.

Was alleen een beetje ontgoocheld dat ook al had ik een maand vooraf - om redenen van mobiliteit- een (inloop)douche gevraagd in plaats van een badkuip, dit niet gegarandeerd kon worden. We hebben uiteindelijk toch die badkuip gekregen. Dat viel wat tegen.

Kanonläge intill centralstationen och all kollektivtrafik

Frukost bra men lite för dyr som tilläggskostnad. Hade nog räknat med lite mer för det priset. Trevlig personal i frukostmatsalen. Snabb servuice.

Nice clean hotel with good facilities ands great breakfast

Good pool, hammam and sauna. The breakfast was excellent.

Quite far out from the historic city centre. Dodgy neighbourhood doesn’t feel safe. Long queues to check in.

Very good, except for the reservation service

Excellent location, friendly staff, very nice rooms.

I had an unpleasant experience with the reservation service. I booked a Premium Room which included a view of Antwerp station. However after that I kept getting messages from the hotel to upgrade my room to a room with a view, at an additional cost. That was confusing. Although I asked several times for confirmation that I would get the room I booked (i.e. with a view), the reservations service said they could only confirm this on the day of arrival. No reasons given.

Bellissimo hotel proprio di fronte alla stazione. Centro città raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 minuti oppure velocemente con mezzi pubblici. Camera top, spaziosa, moderna e attrezzatissima. Colazione ottima. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo

Peccato per la mancanza del bidet (come al solito in Benelux).

I regret that i was there , never again in Radisson Antwe!NOT clean and doesn't worth it !!So dirty

I paid well for three nights and staff were good especially Shamla , but cleaning wise was so unprofessional!! I stayed in room 824 cleaning man came twice , in two nights in raw he did not clean the floor he did not change the sheets coffee machine was dirty and the same old towels!!, for the Radisson reputation is so bad ! I told that to the manger she did not behave professionally with me , giving excuses of yeah ,maybe you did not notice and I will give you some points trying to makee silent, it is not absolutely about the money or the points them O can get whatever discount!! I said the because it is not the first time in Radisson! In Germany and Amsterdam Netherlands were totally different! Sad to write that but this is the reality!

Dirty floor and no new sheets and a dirty floor , really shame on the Radisson Blu management! Cleaning guy was so unprofessional, and the management trying to shut mouth with some points ! I don't need your points or money ! Be professional and behave well , at least for the Radisson name ! Staff reception were respectful but the management is ABSOLUTELY not okay !

Wir hatten drei wunderschöne Tag in Antwerpen. Vielen Dank für das Up-Grate. Wir kommen wieder :)

Der hintere Frühstücksraum war sehr gemütlich und schön ruhig, das war sehr entspannend :) Der leitende männliche Frühstücks-Aufseher ist sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich und sorgt so für eine angenehme Atmosphäre beim Frühstücken.

Der grosse Frühstücksraum ist sehr beengt und sehr laut, wenn viele Menschen dort frühstücken. Die Musik ist zu laut.

emplacement central, en face de la gare et au-dessus d'une station de metro, qui est très pratique pour accéder au Sportpaleis. Chambre assez grande et confortable

les chambres ne sont pas vraiment insonorisées, car on entendait le bruit des chambres à côté, et lorsque qn utilisait les toilettes

Perfecte locatie en stijlvol hotel voorzien van alle gemakken

Heerlijke comfortabele kamer

Lekker zacht bed, en ruime badkamer met bad en douche cabine,

Toegang is wat lastig zeker met meer bekenden in het hotel, je kan sinds kort niet meer zonder pasje de lift gebruiken en je kan alleen naar je eigen verdieping. Verder was het vrij warm op de kamer ondanks dat de verwarming uit stond

Otel direkt merkez Antwerp tren istayonunun yanındaydı. Otelin çevresinde çok güzel cafeler vardı. Personel de gayet iyiydi. Tavsiye ederim.

Otelin otoparkını kullanmak istedik. Otopark ücretli günlüğü 20 EUR civarında. Ancak aracınızla gün içerisinde otoparka girip çıktığınızda saat ücreti ödüyorsunuz. O da yaklaşık 5 EUR. Ayrıca otopark çok dar ve giriş çıkışlarımızda ciddi sorun yaşadık.
