Hotel Fantastico.

Hotel estupendo, habitación amplia con camas grandes y comodas. Baño estupendo y situado en un barrio tranquilo en el que se puede aparcar aunque es zona azul creo recordar que hasta las 22h El tranvia que esta a unos 5 minutos caminando te lleva al centro en 20 minutos

Pedi ayuda al personal tanto por mail, como por telefono y una vez que estaba en la recepción del hotel para saber si mi coche podía entrar en la zona de bajas emisiones de Amberes y no me senti ayudado , por mail no respondieron y por telefono y en persona fue un poco mira en un enlace en internet y "buscate la vida". También al preguntarles si podía aparcar en la calle me dijeron que me lo desaconsejaban, les pregunte si consieraban que era peligros y se crucaron de hombros Sentí, tal vez equivocadament por no dominar muy bien el ingles que su interes era que contratara su parking, 19€, creo recordar. Para un hotel como este creo que la recepción no debe conformarse con ser correcta y debia volcarse en ayudar al cliente

Mooi hotel, fijn verblijf.

Ruime kamer, comfortabel bed. Goed ontbijt.

De airco was tegenover het bed geplaatst, daardoor veel wind tijdens nacht, dat was niet zo comfortabel.

Ottimo hotel

Struttura collocata nel Diamond District da dove senza difficoltà si riescono a raggiungere la Grote Markt e la Stazione Centrale facendo una piacevole passeggiata, oppure con il bus. Hotel di buon livello molto accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Camera decisamente spaziosa e super confortevole. Bagno molto ampio. Colazione discreta, non male ma niente di speciale.

Schoon en luxe hotel met vriendelijk personeel

Het heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen! Het hotel heeft een luxe uitstraling. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De kamer was ruim, modern, super schoon en had veel faciliteiten. Voor €19 per nacht konden we de auto parkeren in de ondergrondse parkeergarage.

Alleen de liften waren klein en oud. Het duurde relatief lang voordat de lift er was.

Prima hotel, vlak bij OV, vlakbij Sportpaleis met OV

Prima kamer en bedden. Vlakbij openbaar vervoer en plek in de garage.

Bij het ontbijt was veel op. Geen glazen geen bekers geen melk in het koffiezetapparaat, geen borden etc. De jongen die er werkte deed echt zijn best, maar redde het niet in zijn 1 tje.

Heerlijk bed en wij hadden een terras, dat was echt top!

In de badkamer zat nog al wat schimmel, misschien moet er een ventilatiesysteem of ventilatierooster in het raam komen.

Lovely stay

Nice location, very easy connection to Antwerp Central and the Sportpaleis. Welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable room, I had to work for part of my stay and I very much enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room with a desk. WiFi was very stable too.

Ruime kamers in een prettig hotel met goede ligging. Personeel was vriendelijk en servicegericht.

Het ontbijt was niet bestand tegen de drukte in het hotel of er was onderbezetting in het personeel. De medewerkers die er waren liepen erg hard, waren ook heel vriendelijk maar ze konden het niet bijhouden waardoor servies en diverse gerechten continue op waren. Ik vermoed dat bij een goede bezetting het echter niet zal gebeuren en de kwaliteit was verder goed. Het is meer een constatering die ik vervelend vond voor het personeel dan een tegenvaller.

Pequeno-almoço. Paguei para ter pequeno almoço pois dizia que era um pequeno almoço bastante completo, contudo não tinha fiambre de porco, salsichas e bacon. Se a razão para não servirem este produto é por estar localizado num bairro judeu, acho inaceitável! A opção não pode ser não ter certos produtos porque algumas pessoas não os podem comer.

I am an experienced traveller. Firstly, we were in luck cause the hotel offered us a free upgrade to a big apartment situated adjecent to the hotel. Great upgrade. Useful; it's perfectly located close to the central station walking distance to (the start of) the shopping streets. Next, you can make use of the hotel parkings at close proximity for a very reasonable price. The hotel offers the comfort and luxury up to my demands and staff is professional. We didn't make use of the breakfast, but my guess is, it's up to standards in line with the rest of the hotel.

Excellent room, no parking available.

For some reason I got a room upgrade and was very impressed by my room, spacious, a wardrobe area, desk area, balcony and an excellent bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The room was well above average. Able to check in online before arrival. I didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the breakfast.

I booked the hotel as it said it had parking but none was available even though I was there before the official checkin time of 3pm. There is not really anything around the hotel, no cafes, etc.. It’s a 25 minute walk into town and some people might not be comfortable walking back after dark. There doesn’t seem to be any public transport convenient to the hotel. The only issue about the room that I had was that, for a tall person, the toilet was very small but that was a minor issue as otherwise the room was excellent.

Great hotel close to the museum district. Beautiful inside layout and great staff!

Great service especially from the young man at the reception desk- he was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional !

Lights were hard to figure out - there were too many switches. We all need darkness for a good sleep and lights were a big problem.

Pretty hotel 30 min walk away from the city centre

The hotel looks lovely, we arrived earlier and got upgraded to the 2 rooms apartment, which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bedroom apartment is huge.

The bathroom needs renovation the 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast was nice, but between 10-10:30 there were many guests and the staff did not plan well to refill the food & provide the plates. Eventually they did it, but it created quite a bit of the hassle. The location of the hotel is 30 minutes walk to the historical centre, we expected it to be closer. However, there is a tram stop not too far from the hotel.
