Big room, good location near bus and metro
Bath, toilette etc old, could be better

The Swedish buffet style breakfast was good and with fresh products. The coffee was very good. The location of the hotel is near the Marconi metro station, on the outskirts, with good connections to the city center. A bit dirty city, though...
The filth in the city and the congestion in the places to visit, to which if appointments are still made, then some steps should be taken to allow a more airy and not crowded access...

Above all, the staff. Every single employee we had contact with was excellent! Special shout out to Fabiana.

The staff member I was contacted by on the first booked night was very polite and friendly. He asked about my check in time and if I needed anything. He was also very helpful when I told him that I am going to be late because of the poor public transportation to the hotel and the difficulty finding a taxi, so he provided me with a taxi number.
We had multiple Phone calls and we updated each other about the time of arrival, which was a good thing and gave a sense of safety as well. He even recognised me upon arrival without me having to introduce myself.
I highly recommend taking a taxi, if you want to reach the hotel at night and alone. In general, the people in Rome are very friendly and positive. I love it there!
The room was very clean, the cleaning service was very friendly as well.
In general I'd say, if you're traveling with your car, this hotel might be a somehow ok option in comparison to the prices of other hotels in the city center. (I still find the price high for the location; maybe because it was last minute?)
But if you're not traveling with your own car, you might want to consider adding some more euros, if you're taking taxis.
I booked a room with a garden view, and got no garden view, unfortunately. When I communicated the issue the next day, the staff member said it was the only room available and I booked last minute. The room I booked with a garden view was exclusively chosen by me, because the website said it was available.
The staff member also said he can't do anything with the price upon asking, because everything was already paid, unfortunately.
I was also assigned a room for handicapped people, which is not a problem at all, I just hoped it had the garden view.
The next morning upon my arrival I was awaken by hammering and drilling in the next room starting 8 O'clock, I guess there were some renovations. I wish I had better luck here, or this was communicated with me before I checked in..
On the second night I asked the staff to please delay the renovations in the next morning, because I needed the sleep.
Although I checked the location prior to booking and the transportation possibilities, the busses in real life don't frequent to the location that often at night, it is too long for a scooter (and I am not sure I am allowed to park in that far-away area), so the best way was to take a taxi.
On the next day the two other staff members (morning and evening) had a somewhat a "dry" communication towards the customers including me, which I did not expect. Maybe because I was comparing it to my better experience with the staff member on the previous day.
The hotel is located very far from the city center and you might want to choose another location, if you are a female traveling alone and don't have a budget for taxis.

The staff at the reception, breakfast room and celena at the evening cafe were kind and helpful. Always with a smile.
There was no kettle at the room and the location was far from the center

Very nice and comfortable hotel, located in the park. They have their own parking. Rooms are big, clear and comfortable. The hotel has conditioners not only in each room, but in the corridors as well - and it makes your staying there absolutely perfect. They propose the usual continental breakfast - rather tasty (and it is not just the baking and cofee, like in some other hotels in Italy). When taking a taxi, I'd advise not to use Uber (you'll have to wait for them about 1 hour), but ask the receptionist to call the local taxi - it is much faster and cheaper.
If they could add tho the breakfast the potato or the porridge - it'd be excellent. And the price is a little bit expencive (as, seems, everything in this perfect city :) ).

We loved friendly staff at the reception, especially Valerie. The rooms were super clean, and the breakfast was amazing with always something new and fresh.
This hotel is not far from the metro (5min), so we could go all around the Rome with a weekly card for public transport.
We loved everything about this place.
