Great apartment and well located.

It was great. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. I liked that we were met by someone and provided information and an orientation (as opposed to only remote check in and a book). The hostels Isabella was an excellent communicator. She also organized a car to pick us up at the airport which was there when we landed and very nice. The apartment was well located to walk to restaurants and some sites.

Great, convenient stay, highly recommended

Very very clean, neat, full kitchen, A.C for each room, close to convenient stores, restaurants, metro, 1st floor, you do not need the available elevator etc. instant response from the host for any question.

Amazing,

The location was fabulous, on Via Cavour street very close to the Colosseum. We had a party of 9 (2 families) and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were 3 bathrooms. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

An amazing apartment in a great location

The apartment was beautiful, very spacious with all the facilities you would need. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms lovely and clean. Perfect location, so close to the Colosseum and lots of restaurants and shops on the street. Host helped arrange transfer from the airport which was great and was there to answer any questions. She even left a bottle of wine which was very kind. Would definitely recommend!

Good

Four bedrooms with three bathrooms with showers. Well equipped. Fairly quiet. Great location opposite Metro line B Cavour station, which is one stop from Termini. From Cavour it is one stop to the Colosseo and two to Circo Massimo. Line B for the Vatican, Trevi, Spanish Steps etc. is one Metro stop back to Termini.

All of the toilet seats were loose and shifted. Owner tried to fix one but to no avail. There was very little shelf space to put things. Bedroom tables were too narrow for a laptop so had to use the dining room table. Too much clutter with the owner's stuff. Almost impossible to reach the top hanger rack in the armoires. At 6 feet I could reach with effort, my wife gave up and left most of her clothes in her luggage. The stick provided to reach the hanger rack was too much of a bother. In my armoire the bottom hanger rack fell out because it was too short to span the width of the armoire. Kitchen counters were full of things that should have been in cabinets but there are not enough cabinets. The refrigerator was the only open space. There is a "book rack" just outside the kitchen entry and it was full of owner's stuff. A small table next to the sofa had a very large platter of candy. The platter took up the entire table. Bathrooms have little or no shelf space. Mirrors do not open, they just take up wall space. I had to put most of my bathroom items on the floor. What little space there was, was taken up by owner's stuff, more clutter.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location for exploring the Colosseum and the Forum.

Very high specification and excellent finish to the whole apartment. We arrived early but the hosts were happy to meet us, let us in to leave luggage, whilst they finished cleaning.

Beautiful bedrooms with lots of amenities, the coffee machine was a lovely touch. Very close to the Colosseum and a metro station right across the road to make accessing all of Rome very easy.

perfect fit for a group up to 8 people on walking distance of all main Rome tourist attractions

group of 6, spacious apartment, silent in the middle of the city, clean bath and bedrooms, clean linnen and enough towels

sitting area/living room a bit small if you want to combine city sight seeing life with time together in the apartment.

The way to stay în Rome.

Superb location. Very good and cheaper restaurants and bars near the location. Mini market 1 minute away. Apartment is big, beautiful and has all you need for a perfect stay. The owner was very helpful. We RECOMMEND.

A lovely place, indeed ''Luxury & Charme'' as it was named.

Excellent location, welcome drink, facilities and snack food made available, briefing given about the apartment on arrival, friendly and very polite approach of the property owner, cleanliness, tidiness, attentive approach to details. As a summary, we simply felt like at our own home.

One would expect a small shelf at shower for shampoo, etc. and a vanity table in the room with mirror, etc.

A clean, comfortable home away from home.

This is the most beautiful apartment and so clean! It is in a great walking neighborhood for siteseeing. Isabella was amazing and very accommodating. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
