Despite the hotel being large, the staff go out of their way to make you feel like you’re the only one staying at the hotel. We stayed for two nights and can’t wait to visit again in the future for a special occasion. It’s a beautiful building, very well decorated and maintained, cannot fault it.
It’s difficult to choose anything I didn’t like, everything was amazing. Maybe the spa could have better facilities, for example there’s no jacuzzi, and the steam room and sauna are within the changing rooms. However this, in no way, spoilt our visit.

I appreciated the hotel's efforts to become more eco-friendly and sustainable. The housekeeping and front-of-house staff were nice and accommodating.
The room was rather small and the window looked straight into a brick wall. The staff at Palm Court (main dining area) seemed overwhelmed and very distracted. Evening housekeeping was done very late, when we wanted to relax. We would have hoped for it to be done before we arrived.

Nice location, good restaurant
Cleanliness, toilets were dirty.

The very best hotel you would ever stay in. It is worth the money
The room was the basic and the next level up
Only ones we could get
Fresh free mince pies in each. Chocolate free and flowers in the room.
We booked a meal out side the hotel
And it got cancelled.
So we asked inside
They were full
But squeeze us in

Excellent service. The staff couldn’t do enough for you.
We were able to use the Langham Club Lounge and the pool facilities. My daughter loved it.

Water bottles.. why you don’t provide mineral natural water?

Access to the Club Lounge was a real treat. Majority of staff were exceptionally welcoming which was lovely. Others just went about their tasks but definitely not unfriendly. Location was good. Palm Court restaurant was enhanced by Dom coming out and speaking to customers which was a nice touch. All in all a good visit, albeit brief!

Location.
It's a beautiful hotel.
We had to queue ages for breakfast and then moved to another room as the restaurant was full. The room was nice but wanted to sit in the main restaurant as the decor is lovely.
After returning from the theatre, my friend and I went to the bar and waited 10 mins to be told whether there was room. Felt like we were an inconvenience, to be honest. That said, once in the bar, the staff were great.
Overall OK, but for the money I was expecting excellent - it wasn't. I'm not sure my friend who I travelled with would be as complimentary as I have been.

Location.
A wedding was on, the thumping music and dj shouting were so loud we did not manage to sleep until the early hours of the morning and we visited to relax and use the spa. Only tried to eat at the hotel once on Sunday lunchtime and all hotel restaurants were booked up.

Stunning hotel, perfect location
We went to the cocktail bar for drinks on Friday early evening. A really obnoxious man sat on the table next to us and commented on the drink we ordered. the waiter then talked to the man from the other table next to us, so he spoke over us. The man was extremely objectiob=nable and ignorant, but the waiter should not have talked over our table. Really disappointed.
We paid a high tip which was unexpected and I would have liked to be asked via a machine rather than at reception where it's not appropriate to discuss there things.
Our beds could have been more comfy.

Amazing one-night stay to celebrate an engagement. The staff were very thoughtful before and during our arrival and we arrived to a complimentary bottle of champagne and congratulations card. We used the swimming pool and steam room/sauna which were also very good.

Almost the warmest of welcomes and an amazing place to stay over the Christmas holidays. Sit by the fire in the reception before going out to shop or just enjoy London and its sights.
