Hotel maravilhoso

Hotel é maravilhoso… já fiquei em outras oportunidades nele.. e sempre vou ao Funchal procuro ficar nele para aproveitar o hotel… teve show de rancho e algumas atrações… comida gostosa… só senti falta de mais tipos os portugueses.. como algum prato com bacalhau ou polvo… mas comidinha tá todo mundo uma delícia a beira da piscina… recomendo para quem puder pagar a diária que é muito barata…

Wyjątkowe miejsce

Cudowny personel, przepyszne jedzenie, organizacja hotelu na najwyższym poziomie. Atmosfera podczas pobytu była naprawdę wyjątkowa! Hotel znajduje się blisko przystanku autobusowego i promenady przy oceanie. Obsługa bardzo kulturalna, pomocna. Wszędzie czysto. Przy basenie zawsze były wolne leżaki. Wielkie podziękowania, że tworzą tak wspaniałe miejsce❤ Z radością wrócę do tego hotelu!

Die Lage des Hotels, Bufett mit sehr reichlicher Auswahl, freudliches Personal

Keine Duschhaube, im Bad keine Möglichkeit den Curler auszustecken, Herbstferien in England und Deutschland!! daher viel Lärm bei Kinderanimation. Eine Band mit Sängerin, die den falschen Beruf gewählt hat.

Peace & Paradise

This property is really lovely. My daughter & I had a fabolous time. Our room was always cleaned, lovely breakfast. Fresh fruit. If you’re a foodie like me, this hotel did not disappoint. The snack bar makes fresh pizzas from scratch. So yummy. Also, Pedro at the floor 1 bar, was so good, always made tasty drinks, great customer service and attentive. Also a big shout out to Dino and Roberto at the piano bar. Really good drinks and great service. And they also use branded alcohol. Fresh fruit juices, just excellent excellent!

A busy hub. suitable for those that like stream of free food-drinks and lazy sunbath by the pool.

The staff was very attentive, (in the dining room, Mr. Adalbert, with children's activities- , especially considering the masses of guests. A good variety of food selection. Restaurants with personal catering if you don't want the ques and the hectic movement in the Buffet dining hall. A nice idea to have the children in the children's club, to free the parents. Again, staff with a good communication ability with children.

Slow internet, issue not solved for mor than a day. NO lifeguard (!!) in the swimming pools. Personally, too too crowded, not a place to relax.

wonder hotel we return to!

love this place third time here. staff are lovely, food is great, rooms are brill.

to be very picky, I don’t like that you don’t get bottled water in your room, you get an empty plastic bottle that you can refill around the hotel. ultimately we always forgot so bought water from a local shop. it is also a bit out of the way so expect taxis to travel to most places

Great hotel

Great hotel , lovely staff,great food, great kids clubs. Super family holiday place, not far from Ronaldo museum, which my son dreamed of seeing. There are a lot of things to do in a hotel, even on a rainy day. You have different restaurants to choose, bars, indoor pool, and entertainment for kids.

We liked everything. Food ,entrainment, great staff , beautiful place plus not far from centre where you can explore a beautiful Funchal

Clean hotel with a nice view but needs to improve staff service and quality of food to be five star

Room was very nice with a good sea view. Pool area was very clean and there were plenty of sunbeds available. Housekeeping staff were lovely and very friendly

Restaurant Staff weren't very friendly (almost scary at times!) it took three days of us being there before anyone offered to get us tea or coffee at breakfast, but we got used to helping ourselves to everything and finding cutlery, mugs etc. but for a five star hotel the staff would normally be a bit more accommodating. The food was very poor for a five star hotel and we ended up eating out at local restaurants in the evening as it was struggle to find anything that wasn't tough and poor quality. I would rate this hotel as a 3.5 star with the food and service letting it down. I can't complain about the cleanliness and it was great to see staff cleaning down the pool area patio every night.

Enjoyable stay

Excellent quality food and drink. Nice sized and well-equipped room. Plenty of activities for adults and children within the hotel. Well-equipped gym. Generally, friendly and helpful staff.

Public areas, particularly the main restaurant, need better cleaning on a regular basis (floors in particular, but also tables etc).

it’s Staff

The food and a poor choice of wine in the Dining room. In some areas it was hazardous for guests ie slipping stumbling and falling.,my wife being one of them that did. And if a hazard was reported it took days to rectify
