Amazing, Will definitely be back.

My daughter didnt want to leave. Great kids club. Friendly staff. Cool pool area and pool bar. You’re right in the heart of the action. Close to Seminyak, Legian, lots of shopping and restaurants. Once you get back to the resort, you could be anywhere in the world - but filled with braided haired happy kids making friends and having a ball. Happy kids = happy parents.

Beds were too soft for us and our backs hurt after second night.

Relaxing, super kid friendly, amazing for kids and overall a great holiday destination option.

Breakfast was amazing, kids club was fantastic and we loved the kids pool in addition to having an adults only pool.

The actual hotel room is getting old and a little run down. The garden areas are amazing. but the rooms were a little old and could do with updating.

Amazing place to stay with your family

Location, toiletries and amenities. Spacious room. Staffs are are so friendly and helpful. Just amazing ! First, i have bad impression when checked in cause it did not go smoothly. They said my booking was not there cause I've booked after 4 pm and they said they already closed the booking after 4 pm. The booking was not there in their computer bla bla... But the checked in finally done and the manager gave us very nice room which directly to the pool. They even gave us extended stay until 4 pm for checked out. Highly recommended and can't wait to get back !

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön mit guter Lage. Man hat direkt auf der Straße gute Restaurants und ist auch gleich am Kuta Beach. Es wird den Kindern viel geboten!

Das Essen in den Restaurants ist sehr auf die australischen Touristen abgestimmt, Wenig einheimisches Essen und bis auf den Italiener auch nicht wirklich gutes Essen. Der Strand ist nicht so schön da viele scharfe Korallen im Sand liegen woran man sich leicht schneiden kann.

Location was good , cleaning staff were so friendly .

By the poolside it smelt like poo and was uncomfortable to drink and that was the one day we could get a pool side chair/sunbed. Staff chased me down to re sign our bill as I was vomiting from food poisoning (we found out I wasn’t the only one to get it from their Mexican night). One of my daughter’s shoes was lost in transfer from Lobby to room and they didn’t bother to look for it. The noise outside our room was crazy - till at least 1am each night and nothing was done. The conjoining door in our family suit was extremely difficult to open which was a nightmare when my children were sleeping and I had to open it to access the toilet all night to vomit . Few other minor things that all added to an unpleasant stay.

Trop de bruits dans cet hôtel. Chambre mal insonorisées. Réveillé à 8h du matin pour récupérer le lit d appoint de mon fils alors qu on avait la chambre jusqu a 11h.

Staff were amazing! Kids pool was great and exceptional house keepers. Aircon was very cold! Buffet breakfast was perfect - lots of options and something different everyday.

Quite pricy within the resort.

Good pool facilities but that’s it

Have to pay for the Xbox room. Didn’t have my room ready. Staff weren’t that friendly Or helpful. Didn’t tell me anything about the property or map. for the price it was very lacking. Don’t waste your money on the theme night dinners they were disappointing

Kids Pool area, beautiful grounds & lobby decor was very festive. The main bed was comfortable. Close to airport. Friendly and attentive staff

The pool side menu is only served at lunchtime. Kids area closed at 6pm. Roll out bed is a blow-up mattress

Disappointed

The swimming pool for kids was great. My daughter loved it and didn't want to leave the swimming pool

At first, the room wasn't impressed as compared to other five-star hotels, then I had to go to the reception to clean the room every day because there were no papers or other forms that indicated whether room needed clean or not. They forgot to replace the sign after the first day of cleaning, so I had to go back to the reception the next day to ask. The staff at the reception wasn't kind at all when I asked to clean, made me feel bad to ask. Then the beddings they changed were very smelly even my daughter couldn't sleep well. The phone and the TV remote control in the room weren't working, though they replaced those after requesting I flet the room wasn't quite ready for us. In addition, I looked for the form for the laundry service, but there wasn't any so I went to the reception how I could request the service the receptionist said there would be a form to fill up and looked at me like I was an idiot to ask. Well, how do I know there wasn't a form. I have been booking numerous hotels via booking.com but it was the first time I had a bad experience with the hotel.

Kids paradise

As a single mum with kids (11 & 7) staying at the Bali Dynasty was by far the best decision I made all holiday. I stayed here for 3 of my 9 nights in Bali and I wish I stayed here longer. The hotel is kid paradise, the kids club was sensational, older kids club area had air hockey, rock climbing wall, play stations, pool tables etc - the kids club staff were fantastic. The highlight of this hotel in my opinion are the activities and competitions put on by the ‘motivators’, they get both kids and adults involved and will have you in stitches of laugher. The hotel has happy hour twice a day, reasonable priced food and drinks, most nights there is a buffet dinner with entertainment. This hotel is absolutely perfect for families with kids up to the age of 16. I cannot recommend enough and cannot wait to come back.

- facilities good - kids club, kids poo, spa - clean - central to shops etc - nice grounds - gardens etc

- lack of communication between staff, failed to follow through with dietary requirements which were agreed upon prior to arrival. Took a long time to get food we could eat, had to speak to the manager everyday. - entertainment in room limited - Would be good to have an option to use your own Netflix account etc.

We will definitely be back!

Really loved the variety of the property, it had something for everyone I felt. Everything felt really clean, the staff were accommodating when needed and and the food and drinks were well priced for a resort. We will definitely return in the future.

The bucket in the infant pool seemed to scare off some of the kids.

My grandchildren got to experience a different way of living.

As we arrived well after midnight, check in was very quick. We were welcomed by a friendly smile. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The kids enjoy it. The kid's pool was good and the games they had going was fun for them.

The first night we didn't complain as we just crashed, but after that we realized that the trundle bed my daughter (adult) was sleeping on was not comfortable at all. We booked the room for 3 adults and 2 children 11 and 10. The pictures show the room larger than it is. That was a bit disappointing. We asked for another mattress, and it was a little more comfortable. The shower was tiny. Not much room to move around in. We overlooked the front of the hotel, and that meant we had the noise of cars arriving and leaving and people walking pass and talking loudly.

Friendly staff and nice pool

Resort is very old and tired. This is not a 5 star resort and is very overpriced. The bathroom had a horrible smell and was worst part of the room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here
