Not good value for money

Access to the beach, lots of space to walk, helpful and friendly staff, good restaurants. Entertainment program is good too. Good for people with children.

Variety of meals is less than in the hotel we stayed before, restaurants are crowded, they should have at least one more cooking station for hot dishes. The rooms which are located not in main building are old, sometimes AC smells and leaks. TV is not modern too. Daily cleaning in rooms is below average. For example, there were always dirt on the carpet. Overall is not good value for money they ask.

Все очень понравилось, классные шоу по вечерам, вкусная кухня, хороший персонал.

Очень понравился наш номер с видом на море, цветовая гамма номера, хорошо освещенный номер, хороша косметика, в номере есть все, что нужно для отдыха. Большая кровать, шикарная сплит система.

Просили заменить все напитки в мини баре, на кока- колу( зеро), пообещали, но не заменили.

It was good, a bit boring if you don't have kids

It was extremely tidy and clean, so in fact, that they have people who run around while you eat and take a shower on the beach, who clean beneth you. Honestly, this felt weird and intrusive and they should NOT be cleaning around your table while you eat. It's a good resort if you have kids, if not, expect to find it boring.

Do not expect to go out of the resort and have a good time, Belek is not a pretty place. The resort is nice and large, however it is very outdated. The biggest issues I had were the beds and the resort design. The beds are very uncomfortable. The resort design defies every logic you ever seen in your life. You have to navigate a maze of chairs, tables, small doors, gardens, just to get to the beach. A pathway made for several hundred people, suddenly ends with a small staircase, or literally goes into a beacn snack area where hundreds of people want to passt just to get to the beach. Even the pools in the main corridor are separated with a garden. The whole place feels so weirdly designed, like it was not made for people to walk around. All in all, it should be around EUR150 per day for 2 people, not 300 !

A nice place to relax and enjoy the sun, the sea and the sea water pools

The location, the swimming pools with sea water, the evening shows, the beach and the wonderful sea, the food., the nice and clean rooms Congrats for the management and all the people working there to make a wonderful holidays for the guests!

Maybe the noise of the generator, when staying on the balcony, but anyway not so annoying when closing the balcony door..

Wonderful hotel

Everything was wonderful.We were lucky that moved from Spice hotel to this hotel.We counted overall 7 pools with indoor and outdoor.Especially liked the one with sea water.I have been to many hotels especially all inclusive.But this one was wonderful for me and I leave with positive impressions.

Perfect for all family members

Great staff, who truly invest lots of effort to make our stay as enjoyable, specially the front desk staff / Mr. Ahmet & Mr. ENDER, also the staff at the club reception Ms. Aksana. The facilities, the entertainment program, the food, the beach front, the water park, the forest ambiance all were more close to heaven to all family members.

Not related to hotel, the taxi cost to commute to other parts of the city is quite high.

Wonderful stay overall :)

Location was great, comfy beds, large room and large variety of food although a little bland at times. As someone who suffers from food allergies, there was little cards by most of the dishes with the allergens in them as well as the nutritional information (massive bonus as we eat low carb!). The pool was lovely and although it was busy there was always enough place and we were always able to find a sunbed. The shops inside the resort are expensive though. The gym facilities weren’t bad at all and some outdoor fitness classes were available. Incredible entertainment every night!

Some of the staff were fairly rude at times, on some occasions very little English spoken but we got by.

Overall excellent facility , Good for Family Vacation

Excellent Location and very clean environment. Well-maintained property with all necessary comforts. Variety of food and drinks as very good,. Pool, Spa, and beach services are also very good. Highly Recommended for people who likes nature.

Perfect for family holidays.

The staff is helpful, polite and friendly. I liked the free minibar, the beautiful territory, the huge choice of activities and food as well as the overall organization. The area is kept very clean.

The noise. The rooms are not soundproof so we had to sleep with earplugs. Even so, we heard our neighbors arguing (or discussing) every early morning. There are a lot of families in the property so if you may have neighbors with yelling kids. Also, every room has either a balcony or a terrasse. It looks very nice and comfortable but you can’t enjoy it as there is always the noise of the air conditioning system (and it is as loud as a car!).

Beach was well maintained and clean. Room well layed out and clean. Dining was very good, excellent service during corona 19 virus times. Complements to hotel and staff.
