Okay for overnight stay.

We arrived from Norfolk and the room was lovely. Staff lovely. Nice location. We had a funeral to attend the next day and managed to get a good night's sleep.

Disappointed that they had an all you eat BBQ instead of the normal menu. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. Thank you

Final comment, if ever in the area again, would not look any where else to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of one night. Staff were fantastic, couldn’t have done more for us, always helpful and smiling. Wednesday was bbq night, we were not keen on this and chef cooked us our two course meal to our choice, what more could we have asked for? All served to us by two lovely ladies. Owner was brilliant at breakfast the next day.p

Not much at all, only a small observation. Our junior suite was fine, very spacious and comfortable. Just one minor request would have been to have a slightly bigger wash hand basin plus the space around it. But not a big problem.

Perfect overnight stay before early morning flight

Perfect location for stansted airport. Comfortable bed. Staff very helpful as we were running late to arrive on time for reception closing, but still had seamless access to our room when we arrived so was very appreciated after travelling.

We booked a junior suite room but got a double room. As we arrived alot later than planned we couldnt discuss with anyone plus we ended up only using the room for approx 4 hours before we had to be awake and heading to stansted airport, so the wrong room wasn't as big of an issue.

Good location, great value

We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities, such as the gym, heated swimming pool, spa and the option to use the restaurant. The room was tidy and in our twin room there was still space to move around. We also enjoyed the location being close to some shops and it wasn't that far off from the high way. We used this as a halfway stop while we were on our way to the next location. Safe and free parking available is a plus. We were able to check in late and check out early without any issues.

Depending on your preference, the beds are quite firm so could be uncomfortable, however the bedding was snug and clean. The shower had hot water, but the water pressure wasn't that great. Still, we were clean and warm after!

Perfect for an overnight stay where you can get a quick gym workout in, great sleep on a comfy bed and enjoy the wonderf

It was just the right size so close to all the facilities such as the bar, gym, pool no matter which room you were in. The staff were really friendly and helpful too, they stopped serving breakfast at 9am which I missed, turned up at 9.20am and they still managed to provide me with a full English. I couldn’t thank them enough.

Nothing, I would stay here again if I was passing.

Decent size room and warm.

The noise when you flush the toilet is so loud and goes on for a few minutes. Plus you can hear the toilet in the room next to you it's so loud. We were really disappointed witj the noise from room 30 last night, women drinking and partying in their room until 3am this morning. No phone number in reception or anyone to talk to about this issue.
