Tres bon emplacement mais nous n’y reviendrons pas

Emplacement Taille de la chambre

Literie très vieillissante et inconfortable, on a très mal dormi. Le matelas s’affaisse au milieu et les oreillers ont pleins de “boules” à l’intérieur. On s’est réveillé avec un mal de dos et de nuque. La propreté était limite dans la douche, les joints avaient beaucoup de moisissures Le petit dej n’a pas du tout un bon rapport qualité prix. Pas de jus de fruits pressé par exemple, manque de choix pour un hôtel 4 étoiles

Hotel decente. Pero la relación calidad precio no corresponde pero es Lausan.

Lo peor el personal. Al levantarnos nos encontramos con que el coche no funcionaba, lo comentamos en recepción y la única respuesta que nos dieron fue que a las tres teníamos que dejar libre la plaza del parking. Le dijimos que no podíamos circular y ni caso. Les pedimos ayuda para un taller y dijeron que no sabían. Entiendo que no es su problema pero un poco de ayuda se agradece. Estuvimos más de dos horas esperando la grúa de nuestro seguro y en ningún momento nos preguntaron nada. Al pedir mantener la habitación una noche más por el problema nos asignaron otra de categoría inferior a un precio superior. El hotel huele fatal por la moqueta. El comedor del desayuno tenía manchas de café y los dos días estuvieron allí. La ventana llena de insectos muertos......

Enjoyable, close to the Metro for ease of exploring Lausanne.

Location, cleanliness and polite staff.

Access, up a flight of stairs or into the laundry room to take a lift. Sign location is also obscure, it is not obvious which building the hotel is.

Vintage, cómodo, algo sobre valorado y con problemas de aire acondicionado.

Excelente ubicación y la habitación era muy linda, con baño espacioso. El hotel es lindo, con estilo tipo vintage.

Las primeras noches no funcionó el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación, pero nos ayudaron primero con un ventilador y la siguiente noche arreglando el problema técnico. Por otro lado, si bien el desayuno estaba ok, no siempre había reposición de lo consumido (lo que significa que debes ir temprano si quieres tener todas las opciones disponibles)

Helpful & Friendly Staff

Location is excellent as there are many restaurants / cafe’s nearby as well as 2 min walk to train station.

I understand everyone likes different type of bed, but i found the bed and the pillows extremely soft.

Ein rundherum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem schönen und freundlichen Haus. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption war neben Geschmack und Komfort aussergewöhnlich gut.

Das Fitness-Studio befindet sich in einem improvisierten Raum und ist recht überladen, aber nutzbar. Zum Frühstück hätte ich zusätzlich ein Rührei geschätzt. Das sind aber nur Details.

The reception staffs have a high level of skills also they are very helpful to anything you need it ecpiclay ( Yassmen and Rosina) ♥️ they are smiley and kind give advices to visiting place 24/7 open reception

Charming, convenient hotel

Staff, location, size of room, charm of hotel. Terrific that hotel tax entitles guests to free metro, local trains and buses. Close to restaurants. Gorgeous full floor to ceiling windows open to a balcony. Quiet. Breakfast (for a fee) was comprehensive and delicious.

Entry floor for luggages, need to go through un-lovely basement. Need two servings of coffee per day in room; only one was provided. Need conditioner as well as shampoo in bath.

Nicely old style interior and renovated rooms.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. The matrace was soft and i was "sliding" towards the middle of the bed.

Old World charm in lobby and decor, but stylish and comfortable rooms

Huge Double Room. Great location Excellent shower

Constantly having to leave your key & collect on return. Having to contact reception to be let in if out late - access code should be provided! No tea/coffee making facilities in room - disappointing considering the price of the hotel room.
