Big comfortable room with a nice breakfast in Izmir.

I liked the balcony in my room and the breakfast. Staff was helpful getting me a taxi to the airport

Location wasn’t particularly close to anything of interest, but not so far either.

We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. 5 stars.

Friendly and very helpful staff, clean rooms and hotel, great breakfast every morning,…perfect in every way.

We had a small issue with the air conditioner on the first day, but it was fixed right away. All good!

Cozy room, very good location, good value for money

The hotel is a classic one with a very impressive collection of antiques, which belong, I was told, to the landlord. Although the hotel is located in the city center and on the street, there are plenty of restaurants, in the evening they are all close and the street is very quiet. Its location is excellent and in walking distance from the promenade next to the sea. We did not use public transport at all. We got a large very cozy room with a balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the towels were changed every day. Breakfast was very rich and varied. For those who have interest and time, can use the gym and sauna and for an additional fee even enjoy a massage. I missed it. Good value for money. highly recommend.

Wi FI at room was very weak I have no evidence for this, but walking barefoot on the floor left me with the impression that it wasn't cleaned every day.

Will be going back as need to visit Izmir again so will stay again.

Arrived very early for check in, room not ready, was upgraded to available room. Very kind and helpful reception and staff. View was excellent, location was quiet and central, close to waterfront, shopping area a nice stroll to reach in 7 minutes. Room was warm and very comfortable.

The free WiFi on top floor was very slow and at times would drop out completely. Other than that is was an enjoyable stay.

Only a good location.

generally dirty, worn out and poorly maintained. My room was not ready at the time of my arrival. There was a household lady mopping wet. I went in when the floor of cheap laminated planks was still wet. My room was next to the elevator so the noise was tremendous least to say. Virtually no privacy since everything is so transparently with no soundproof. Breakfast was so bad, some plastic-wrapped low-quality cheese and so on. Never experience such a poor breakfast in Turkey. The hotel deserved to be called one of the worst hotels in the entire country. It is a shame that its sports some four stars ratings.

Great hotel, amazing price!

The room was very good, it was big, comfortable and had a separate area with the sofa and TV. The balcony was great and very useful during our visit, lovely for some drinks after a long day and a dinner in the outer space! The bathroom was bigger than expected as well The location is very good, super close to the main avenues and very cute cafes as well as walking distance from some tourist attractions (note: we really like to walk so search before you hire under this criteria :) ) We hired one of the tourist trips directly with them and was great. We also needed some help to book the bus tickets and they recommended us where to go and which were the next steps, they called the bus ticket provider for us and were amazing all the time!

Comfortable as always... But WIFI too bad to describe.

As a regular visitor, I like mainly the location. The staff is nice, check-inn was not really fast but ok and check-out was fast. It was 2 nights this time and I prefer the front side of the hotel as I like the view from the balcony. The rooms are spacious! Nice with a real comfortable seating area. Breakfast is not real special, but still OK. It is nice to walk to the seaside from here, some nice restaurants around, also some shops/supermarket.

WIFI, WIFI, WIFI...... It is terrible.... I keep on mentioning it, because it is so easy to get this right. Starting with login: I you do not have a number only ID, they keep on forgetting to inform you about correct login/password. The coverage of the Wifi it really too bad .... (In earlier visits I used Renesance Hotel' Wifi from the balcony, which is quite far away! but better then Hotels Wifi) For me, after so many years it is the reason to change hotel for the next visits. As I need the Wifi for working purposes...
