Not the best we have experienced in Turkey in two weeks holidaying.

Location was within close proximity of taxi and bus operators. Breakfast was provided but was the same menu everyday became boring after 3 days. Staff very helpful from front desk to cleaning ladies. Manager also assisted us with advise for local sightseeing trips.brea

Breakfast same every day. No other offerings. Room 1009 is opposite the bar across the street very noisy. Air conditioner motor for other room right next to my room was very noisy and running all the time. We arrived the next morning of our booking but yet our double toom was not available and we were given a single room which had a broken Aircon. We had to wait till afternoon after 2 pm in the foyer before we got our double room. This was very unacceptable and we were not even refunded.

Zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt in einem modernen und zentralgelegenem Hotel, mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Relativ zentral und nah an der Metrostation. Sauber, täglicher Zimmerservice, Aufzug, modernes Design

Sehr dunkles Zimmer, die Lampe im Flur funktionierte nicht, einzige Lichtquelle waren die Nachttisch-Lampen und es gab einen Mini Spotlight für den Wasserkocher. Die Rollos an den Fenstern waren schon sehr abgenutzt und die Fenster waren so schmutzig, dass man die Rollos lieber unten gelassen hat. Fernbedienungen waren alle in Plastiktüten geklebt, aus denen vom Zimmerservice regelmäßig die Batterien herausgedrückt wurden. Um sie zu bedienen musste man mit viel Druck, die Batterien halten um dann die Tasten drücken zu können. Die Klimaanlage war voreingestellt auf 25 Grad und nicht verstellbar. Das Zimmer roch etwas muffig. Der Schlauch der Dusche war so hart, dass man ihn kaum bewegen konnte und er machte unschöne Geräusche. Neben dem Waschbecken ist viel Platz für persönliche Gegenstände. Allerdings ist der Seifenspender seitlich an der Wand montiert, so dass man überall das Wasser verteilt. Das Frühstück war gut, ich hätte innerhalb der Woche aber gern ein paar Variationen gesehen. Alten, angetrockneten Würfelkäse sollte man nicht einfach unter frischen Käse mischen. Man könnte diese harten Stücke vielleicht anders verwerten, vielleicht ja zum Überbacken.

Hotel falling apart. Was having breakfast and during the breakfast they turned off the lights . Really telling you to leave . We had a family room 4 people but only 1 towel asked for more and nothing . Worst placed we stayed in Turkey

Huge disappointment

If you choose to stay in this hotel 100 % you will have very bad impression about Izmir city as well. Rooms are so small and very untidy. Bathroom and toilet were very disgusting. There are not any facilities in the room like water and slippers, as well as sink was locked. In one word very huge disappointment for me. Staff were very unkind and aggressive. At check out even they can require extra money for damaging some stupid stuff in the room. So be careful and don’t believe such frauds.

Hotel location was good...

- As a family we booked twin rooms, one of them was terrible because of smoking. - bathroom was out of service so I told reception to fixed it but no respons. - The other rooms' shower hose was broken. - - - Dressing table lights was damaged. - This was one of the worst booked I did.

Great Stay

Great value for money and Front desk specially Mrs Sarab , was very helpful and cheerful greeting while Hosting me at check in , and solving my problems ..don’t forget Mr Hameed in the breakfast restaurant he is an amazing quite guy , thank you all for everything.

1: Recepción lady she over charge me, even vooki g.com mention price on booking she didn't care, actually I'm complaining also to booking.com 2: Receptionist she gave me room with access card, like i had to ask them to open and close for any time i want to access because the access card as per her was sent to fix 🤣🤣 after a client interfer she felt ashamed and she provide me with an access card but for different room 3: She give me a diferent with 2 beds while my booking was one large bed and finally by around 4pm i could i get into another room where was nothing to do with pictures, not either hot water was working properly, at that point i was even scared to call reception again. The lady was a night are for me and she made feel more stressed than i was after 10 hours trip.

Would certainly recommend for a short stay in Izmir

Very polite and helpful staff at the hotel. The receptionist upon my arrival (Melissa) was quite pleasant and patient with my check-in. The breakfast is simple but nice. The breakfast area is cosy and makes for a nice breakfast experience. The room was cleaned everyday. The bed was comfortable, the AC and WiFi functioned well with no issues. The location of the hotel is good, as it is very close to main attractions by foot such as the pier, the clock tower, some of the museums etc.

The room is quite small, and even for one person it felt compact. I asked for an extra blanket as it got cold one night, but they seemed to have run out of blankets. While the location is good during the day, the surrounding areas can feel a bit unsafe at night if you walk alone. No room service facility for lunch and dinner, however there is a minibar with snacks and drinks.

Great price, cleanliness and excellent location

Very clean! Stuff is nice and friendly. Excellent location for exploring the city. Kültürpark is just across the street (with a big underground garage). Breakfast is included in the price, but I'm sleeping until noon, and in the neighborhood you have so many options to eat delicious Turkish food (even at 3 a.m.)

WiFi is not for serious work. Air-condition device from the room next to mine can be noisy if it is in use during the night. In general, I slept very good on the 4th floor (room 4009). But, if you want city center (especially district of Konak), you should not expect absolut silence. You will get best price only by Booking.com

Solid hotel for short stay

Very well located hotel in Basmane district on walking distance from train station.There is taxi and bus station in front of hotel so you can easily reach other parts of Izmir..Wifi worked correct in all hotel.Room was clean and there was everyday towels and linen changing.Personel were so kind and helpfull.Breakfast was average

this Hotel Is NOT for families. I will not be staying again.

staff were nice.

1- aircon not working 2- tv not working 3- there is a bar ^_* just outside which has music very late not able to sleep 4- not safe at night when coming back.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. close to many restaurants, cafe and beach.

The staff was great, especially the headman. The breakfast was good.
