à découvrir au coeur d'Aigues Mortes. Magnifique

chambre spacieuse. lit confortable. salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Patio magnifique au centre de l'hôtel. Piscine très bien entretenue.

le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu. les mets sont simples mais on peut attendre bien plus d'un tel hôtel

luxe, calme et volupté

La beauté, l'élégance et le calme du lieu. La gentillesse du personnel. Le confort de la chambre : vaste, élégante, avec grande et belle sdb, petite terrasse. L'espace piscine et spa. Le soin dans tous les détails (piscine chauffée, beau jardin, vieilles pierres, articles de sdb...). La situation centrale mais au calme.

Seul mini bémol : l'entrée du dîner, un avocat-crevettes décevant. Mais le plat de poisson était bon et le dessert, un baba au rhum, excellent.

Situado dentro de las murallas,nos dieron una habitación superior a la contratada,muy bonita, amplia con decoración acorde a la villa,cama y almohadas cómodas.Baño amplio.Vistas al jardín Cenamos en su restaurante y resulto un gran acierto

Beautiful hotel and garden, very large and comfortable room, huge bathroom, very good breakfast, mostly pleasant and helpful staff. Good location for exploring Aigues Mortes, good parking facility under the hotel. Lovely cats in the garden.

Extremely rude and passive-aggressive reception on our day of arrival. Deliberately delayed check-in knowing that we were parked in the road and wanted to move our car out of the way. Refused to expedite processing to let us get to parking and return to complete the process. Very unpleasant arrival experience. Bathroom design and amenities could be better. No place to put anything in the shower. Room is like a fishbowl, with main source of light being large glass entry doors on the walkway.

Amazing staff from the beginning, beautiful hotel with beautiful facilities. Drinks and were perfect. The cocktails were also great, beautiful 'Last Word' one of my favorite drinks that was made right as apposed to some of the butchery I've tasted on the Riviera. Room was spacious and very comfortable, bathroom was great as well, really good size and the bath was very nice. Spa also great. Overall a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with fantastic staff. We will be back.

A quality stay in a place that defies medieval town's logistic limits, packing a lot in its offering, with some mino

The charming location, the villa-style look and feel, the excellent room, the late night availability of swimming pool and spa, the practical parking in a "difficult" town. It all breathes high quality.

Somehow reaching the room, especially when it rains hard, doesn't have the comfort you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. We had our feet deep in water to get around the garden. Breakfast price is ok for the class of hotel, but I'd expect more of a house-made breakfast or artisanal sourced stuff, instead of a composition of industrial products, even if good quality ones. The swimming pool and the spa would benefit of a warmer, more relaxating touch, regarding colors, lights and music volume in the hot tub.

Lovely, quiet hotel in the centre of a lively, unique town

We were very pleased with our stay at Villa Mazarin. The location is superb, in the centre of the old town, but in a quiet street, underground parking is available. The room was large and comfortable. We would go back to it any time. We could not eat at the hotel because the restaurant was closed on that day, but the breakfast was nice, although a bit old fashioned as everything had to be ordered. We prefer a buffet style breakfast.

See above (i.e. breakfast). Also, it would be helpful if it was noted somewhere that parking has to be prebooked. There is limited space available.

Beautiful building and lovely room. convenient location with secure parking, which must be booked.

Liked everything, although there was no milk with the tea/coffee in the room and it seemed to be an issue to go and find some. in the end we bought our own. The chemical balance in the jacuzzi was not right, as soon as you switched the bubbles on our eyes were stinging. Everyone there had the same problem.
