Super location nice hotel!

Convenience to shop centre to mtr to airport etc

Disappointing

I guess only thing is that it is close to the outlet mall.

The room slipper was thin, making it uncomfortable to wear. The lounge was not equipped to sufficiently cater for guests in terms of quantity of food. And the check-in is slow, taking close to 15mins.

Convenient location near the airport in Hong Kong

The location was great - close to the airport and free shuttle service was a bonus.

The property seems tired and in need of upgrading overall. Our room was an odd layout, it was well appointed but very "fussy" - so many light switches but so difficult to light up the entire room! None of the cupboards and drawers closed properly. Beds and pillows were too soft and not to our liking.

Nice home coming stay.

It’s within walking distance from Tung Chung station. Best thing is shuttle bus rung often b/w airport and hotel. We used to live next door and know the area, so everything was convenient.

Buffet has many varieties but taste just soso. Fruits runs out early and not filled again. HK hotels now are getting expensive.

Good and recommendable.

Very close to the airport and outlet mall and also transportation services was very good and useful. Also useful location for visiting the disneyland.

早餐品項算多，餐廳位置方便，有泳池，旁邊就是地鐵和賣場，出行方便。

空港に近いので早朝の出発便でもプレッシャーが少なく良く利用しています。今回はシーズン的にプールを利用しましたがちゃんと泳げる大きさと環境のプールで大変満足しました。

Staying here was one of the beat decisions we made in our Hongkong trip

I love everything about Novotel Citygate. All staffs are nice and can understand English. It's very easy to communicate with them, They allowed early check-in and they have fast check-out too. The location is very convenient. There's a path inside the Citygate Outlet. It is also 10-15 min walk to Tung Chung Station. They have free airport shuttle too :) During our stay, the swimming pool was opened so we were able to relax and enjoy!

Quiet and proper service.

Very neat and spacious. Though I could see that the room was aged, it was kept clean and with a pleasant view from the window.

It was a bit difficult to find the way from the subway station.

下次去迪士尼还会选择入住

十年前和先生去迪士尼住过这里，十年后带着我们的女儿再去迪士尼又来到这里住宿，员工非常专业和友善，地铁去迪士尼也很近便。小朋友很喜欢Novotel，吃饭购物非常方便，而且酒店楼下就有playground，对带着小朋友的家庭来说非常理想。

建议升级插座布局，方便床头手机充电

The location. Hotel linked to Citygate outlet.

The room and facilities were old but well maintained . Corridor was dark. Can be better with that price in HK

In general the stay was ok as we were staying here mainly to catch flight.

The location suits us well. It is 10mins drive from airport and the hotel offers free shuttle every 20mins.

The breakfast was disappointing. We were having our breakfast at 7am, all the pantry items( bread, croissant, pancake) tasted stale as if they were leftover from previous days.

Disappointing front desk manager. Other staff was fine

The front desk manager was very slow to react to an out of service escalator. There was actually one just 1 min round the corner. Instead of directing arriving guests to the functioning escalator, she told everyone to walk down with their luggages! When i pointed it out to her, she just laughed it off, as if it was none of her business

Conviniently nearby the airport

the hotel is conveniently located nearby the airport and the citygate outlets. the hotel offers free transfer from and to the airport on a regular schedule. the room is spacious and comfortable for two people.

the room needed better maintenance. it is very old, its layout and furniture is outdated. feels like you are going back in time right to early 90s. there is a strong smell of mold all over the corridors. breakfast was extremely expensive for what is offered. we couldn’t use the pool due to rain and thunderstorms.

location is excellent. very convenient with MTR within walking distance. room aircon powerful and bed is comfortable.

Highly recommend this property, nice comfortable feeling to it.

Location, ease of access, we arrived on an early morning flight and our room was available, much appreciated as we hadn’t slept for 36 hours.

I thought the nightly buffet meal didn’t really suit Westerners, expensive for what was on offer.

Nice stay, great staff, will book again.

clean, nice and quiet room with big window. Room is standard size but has floating shelfs to place small items.

there is not much kid friendly cafes nearby so grab something to go around the subway station before walking back to the hotel.

The best location for me nearby Citygate and EXPO Free shuttle and helpful staff comfortable Bed Nice view

I have stayed in Novotel multiple times, but still old-fashioned and somewhat outdated. The bathroom sink got stuck and took me a long time to fix. The restaurant buffet every day has the same menu (please be creative) Once the open TV, see the +18 content
