Me gustó para familias y movernos en coche

Me encantó para unos días porque es cómodo para familias.

El aparcamiento justo enfrente parece algo inseguro y llegar tarde con niños es un poco inseguro , recomiendo coger parking.

If it is your first time in Paris and if you have children, avoid this hotel and all cost First time for

Room was clean and comfortable bed with good space cleaning maintenance every day. 3 Stars ⭐️ I could give it 4 , but there is a some kind of coffee machine there which not working or I don’t know if it works. There is no milk!!

This visit was our First time in France and it was a nightmare the experience staying in this hotel!!! the local marketing place very dirty and smell awful horrible oh my goodness I was scared to come out of the hotel room. location was terrifying, we get there on Monday afternoon - from Germany by train and we take M9 To the hotel as soon as we come out of the train station we are going straight to the third world country 🥺😳😳I remember this kind of scenario in Johannesburg marketplace in South Africa and Addis Ababa in Ethiopia!!! that’s how I compare this place!!! I was shocked. I find it hard to believe this is France I left so unsafe. Plus the Indian man at the reception. He was rude not apologetic for deceiving advertisement on Booking.com they charging us tourist, tax, €48 which is surprising. I was very upset about that because I paid tax on booking and you need to pay for a coffee downstairs. staffs are not really friendly downstairs … I wish I stayed longer in Stuttgart and go home straight from Germany. My son he was disappointed in Paris

Not up to usual Novotel standards, very rude staff, located in a seedy part of Paris.

Quite room with a comfortable bed.

Kitchenette was so small, no usable space to make coffee. Not a nice area of Paris to be staying in. There is an open carpark directly opposite the accommodation, which is currently being used by many homeless people living in cars and vans. We witnessed drug deals taking place on every corner close to the Suites every time we left the accommodation. Even my husband who has travelled extensively around the world was on edge every time we left the building.

We didn’t stay as it was dirty, smelly. Not at all what they had advertised

I didn’t like anything about the property

It was very dirty. The photos of this hotel does not match the actual place. The lift looked like it had been vandalised. The hotel had a horrible smell. The room was dirty. The beds for the kids looked like they had found them In the loft from the 80s. We didn’t stay we left and are wanting a full refund. They have not advertised this hotel correctly. The value for money is terrible. It should be a 1 star hotel. an awful area for a hotel. The outside area looks so rundown and dirty.

Some good stuff, but probably avoid if you can.

Great breakfast and an awesome staff.

It’s in a ghetto. It does not feel safe to go outside. There is nothing around the hotel. Metro is a short walk, but you would not want to do it at night.

Nice room. Very friendly employees. Close to a metro station.

Hotel neighborhood is not good. Breakfast was nice, but the breakfast area was crowded the 4 days of our staying. Plates, cups and even food took time to be replenished, perhaps due to the high season.

They need more staff working the breakfast to replenish the food. I'm glad we decided to go with the breakfast, though, since I'm not sure where else we'd go for breakfast in that area. The location was too far from the sights to see (about 30 minutes metro ride).

Location was fair, not too close to station though. The area surrounding looks messy.

The Staff didn't really seem to care too much about us. We needed to put our luggages away and they didn't even provide us with tags, seemed a bit unsafe.

Disappointed

Location is not Vincennes, as it is facing a market in Montreuil. The area felt rough, and we had no hot water for showers. The sofa bed was not suitable for our 15 years old daughter but could have suited an 8 year old. We only stayed one night instead of the two nights we had booked and paid for. Would definitely not go again.

Room was clean.

Had no hot water at 9am in the morning. Reported it to the reception who said a technician will look into it later. They had no real interest in making us comfortable, just seemed like they thought I was complaining for no reason. At 11am still no hot water, spoke to the manager who promised a 20% discount from Booking.com, I still have not received an email or the money. I also had to pay a 50 euro deposit which I am now waiting to be returned. I cannot understand how a hotel runs out of hot water at 9am, I have never experienced this anywhere before nevermind a so called 4 star hotel.

Big room, but with view to the yard with plenty garbage.

Plenty garbage around the hotel. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and is very narrow. The restaurant area is located in Reception area, people are constantly passing by with suitcases when you take a meal. Electricity disappeared after the breakfast, fortunately we had to leave the hotel, but if we planned to stay, the personnel advised us to change the room.

honest review i wish i read before coming

the room was big and nicely compartmented the staff was friendly and willing to help we had water refilled daily and clean towels

it wasn’t that clean, in the toilet/small bathroom it was a persistent smell of urine the lobby and entry area weren’t clean also, the floors were really dirty and it created a bad impression from the start the breakfast was really poor
