Location very good, would book again but shower issue could put me off

We loved the hotel and our stay even with the issues with the air conditioning.

I really liked the hotel lobby where they had lots of activities for the children. The hotel was also very new and fresh looking.

The room was too hot as the air conditioning would not allow you to go lower than 19.5, which usually would be low enough but for some reason it didn't feel as cool as that and we had to keep opening the window, which wasn't ideal as we were next to the Arena Bercy so it could get noisy.

Idealne lokalizacja na city break w Paryżu.

Hotel zlokalizowany jest bardzo blisko dwóch linii metra, dzięki którym dostaniemy się szybko i bezpiecznie do większości atrakcji Paryża. Jest to zdecydowany plus. W okolicy znajduje się sklep spożywczy, kilka knajpek, piekarnia i cukiernia. Śniadania bardzo dobre, zróżnicowane, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Bliskość hali widowiskowej powoduje że podczas wydarzeń w niej organizowanych słyszalny jest hałas w pokojach. Może to komuś bardziej wrażliwemu przeszkadzać w odpoczynku.

Kurztrip nach Paris

Die Metro war gleich vor der Tür, man konnte schnell überall hin. Der Park mit Spielplatz war direkt nebenan und sehr schön. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich.

Die Klimaanlage schien nicht richtig zu funktionieren, es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Im Frühling gut auszuhalten, im Sommer wäre es kritisch geworden.

Noce place, would stop there again

Located not too close to city center but good subway connection. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice place overall.

Couple of hooks for coats and a mirror in the corridor would be helpful.

We have stayed here several times and will again.

Reception was great, very friendly and accommodating. We like the balcony room we booked and the breakfast area. The rooms are well designed. The location is very good. One person at breakfast was helpful and the on-site magician is sweet.

A couple of the breakfast staff were not friendly and one was outright bossy and rude. It's a chaotic time but nonetheless the staff should be accommodating.

Breakfast and Location perfect for a short holiday in Paris.

Very good breakfast, Friendly staff and subway station 10 steps away from main entry of the hotel. Nice area for improvise dinner with kids.

Personnel accueillant et disponible, la possibilité de stocker les bagages si vous arrivez plutôt en attendant la disponibilité de la chambre.

Short but very pleasant

Staff were friendly and clear at check in, we stayed in a family room which had double plus sofa bed which was more like 2 doubles so that worked really well. We left early for a train from Gare de Lyon (about 10-15min walk away) so didn't have the breakfast.

Only two cups for tea/coffee (there were 4 of us in the room) and no milk!

Posizione perfetta per i concerti all'Accor Arena, servito dalla metropolitana e con di fronte tantissime brasserie per colazione e cena dopo concerto. In camera anche una macchina nel caffè Nespresso, davvero comoda per un primo caffè appena svegli Consigliatissimo

Il bagno e abbastanza scomodo, avere il wc separato dal lavandino non è una grande idea. Nella parte wc inoltre mancava lo scopino

Ottimo soggiorno breve in famiglia

Ottima posizione , quartiere residenziale tranquillo e pieno di locali e ristoranti . Fermata M6 a 200 mt.fermata M14 a 10mt (purtroppo chiusa per lavori durante il ns soggiorno). Camera quadrupla abbastanza spaziosa Bagno separato da WC: poco convenzionale ma comunque non ha creato disagio. In camera presenti prodotti per la doccia / bagno . Colazione eccellente e molto varia Personale super cordiale e disponibile Ambiente molto piacevole . Tornerei sicuramente e consiglio vivamente questa struttura

Hotel muy bueno. La situación fantástica. Muchas opciones para ir a los lugares más importantes de Paris. La limpieza perfecta, desayuno variado. En recepción muy amables y con el idioma ningún problema. Nos dejaron las maletas guardadas el último día para poder ir a visitar más cosas. Un acierto

Ne pas prendre de petit déjeuner inclus si lever après 9 h

Plus de mini bar, plus d’eau dans les chambres sous prétexte de réchauffement climatique 😂le comble ! Petit déjeuner qui finit en réalité avant 9 h 30. Donc j’ai payé un petit déjeuner pour rien ! Pas le temps de se reposer quand on se couche tard et de déjeuner le matin !

Ontbijt was goed. Hotel was goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Ligt direct naast de accord arena, waardoor wij na het concert maar 2 minuten hoefde te lopen naar het hotel.

Lors du paiement du parking, je fais sans contact,on me dit que ce n’est pas passé, dont je met dans le lecteur, sur la route du retour chez moi je vois que j’ai payé 2 fois, j’appelle, on me dit d’envoyer un mail, JAMAIS EU DE RÉPONSE ! un scandale! du vol !

Trois aller - retours à l’accueil pour un séjour d’une nuit

Emplacement

Nous n’avons reçu qu’une seule carte. Quand nous en avons reçu une deuxième, elle a désactivé la deuxième. Après trois aller-retours pour réactiver nos cartes respectives, et cette explication saugrenue, le constat a été fait que la borne carte ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas.
