Location, pretty, comfortable bedding
The work being done on the roof and the noises woke us up every morning; the very small toilet
4.3
local small boutique hotel and location
room was a little small
4.3
it was very small and friendly and attractive.
clean and comfortable. unpretentious.
easy to get to on Metro. staff friendly and accommodating.
travellers need to know there are no lounge facilities.
also a drawer and a couple of hooks would help keeping the small room clear of clutter. I was only there for 2 nights so it was perfect for that.

I loved the location and the customer service from the staff
Nothing

Lovely decor, comfy bed, very nice location
I'm a very light sleeper, and the wooden stairs don't have a carpeted section. Some guests came in (or left) at 4am and the noise on the stairs woke me up.

location and stylish rooms
ground floor single room and heard guest coming in and a fight in the street outside

Quiet location, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
some aspects were a little tired, steep staircase

A nicely renovated old house. Comfortable bed.
No elevator, extremely small room, separate bathroom, and shower, basin in the bedroom. Extremely overrated.

My room and bathroom were spotless, and I felt completely at home there. The hotel was extremely nice, and the staff was quite helpful. You may walk to the nearest subway stop in around three to five minutes. On my future trip, I definitely plan to stop by again.
There wasn't much option at the breakfast and it was poor.

the design is nice
The design is nice but facilities no
No tea pot
No iron
No rob/ sleepers
Stairs are not convenient for the suitcase
In the morning I went down to drink hot tea, and I was told that coffee is free but tea I have to pay.
I paid 230 euros I felt not respected when they asked me to pay for this tea. it’s Silly!
I didn’t order wine or the cocktail, coffee/tea are same . And has to be included in the room.
also noise I think the made started to make the rooms in the morning and it was unbearable sleeping afternoon 9 am
honestly I was not thinking I was will not like this hotel

Small quiet hotel with very very friendly and pleasant staff. Very comfortable beds, good and quiet AC (but we kept it off most of the time to save energy). We had lovely breakfasts in a small outdoor area in the back. Strong good coffee and the best orange juice I have had for years. The area is very nice with less tourists but yet close walking distance to Trocadero and a Metro just 100 m from the hotel. We will come back.

The whole small hotel is simply stunning. Its setting, its pool and its restaurant. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant is pricey but really great.
perhaps our rooms were a bit the lesser ones. while comfortable they don’t have a view, and are a bit dated.

super friendly & helpful female front desk staff.
good location.
super tiny toilet room.

Breakfast was excellent and, when held downstairs (as it was on our first morning) it was perfect. Staff were charming and very helpful at all times and the air-conditioning in our room was both effective and quiet. The bathroom area was well-appointed and the steam must be extracted very efficiently, as it did not permeate into the bedroom despite the arrangement being open plan.
A small matter: We were warned that breakfast often had to be held in one's room as space downstairs was limited. However, whilst perfect in every other way, our room did not have the space or a large enough table on which to have breakfast.

This is a very nice and comfortable boutique hotel. We had a wonderful room (I think it was room number 3) - it was very quiet and the bed was absolutely amazing. We also had a little kitchenette (you can't cook in it, but you have a small refrigerator and a microwave). The curtains were also amazing - since I like sleeping in complete darkness, I wish every hotel room would have such heavy curtains. The location was also awesome - central and close to a metro station. I would definitely stay here again!
Two little things could have been better: 1. Since they provide a kitchenette, they should also provide some forks and spoons, and also some utensils for dish-washing (I had to use my own spoon and use my fingers to wash it off with hand soap). 2. In the reception, there is a nice coffee machine for the guests - but no tea.
