Getting another hotel
Hotel was boggin, should be closed down

Worse hotel and room I stayed in entire life, this should not be in booking.com. Every item was damaged. If I get without cost still no one can stay there. Children didn’t sleep at all. Please give the money back..
Worse experience. Booking.com should not have this in their site else it will make your credibility loose. All guests were having complaints.

Nothing.
Didn’t even provide the correct number of beds, I had to sleep on the floor. Room was filthy and noisy and dangerous.
Booking.com do not assist with complaint/refund.

Location is excellent and the staff were brilliant. Free WiFi worked well
Price was very good but it guess you get what you pay for
The room must have be 30°C with no way to turn off the heat! We had to try and sleep with the large windows open but seeing as it is very close to a main road the noise was horrendous.
The room wasn't dirty but it was run down and in desperate need of decoration. There were no towels in the bathroom so a shower wasn't an option
All of this would be fine for a Hostel but I don't believe it's up to scratch for a Hotel

Comfortable beds and helpful friendly staff. Access to use the fridge and microwave much appreciated
The very poor noise insulation we had people next door shouting till after midnight and from 5 am. Some rooms that we saw are really humid so the bathrooms are not nice. The hotel generally needs to be invested in. I don't think there was WiFi either.

The staff was very friendly and they kept the room tidy every single day

It's a budget hotel really close to Gare du Nord. Basic but clean and perfect for a one night stay

It was place near railway station and it is good if you need to get it by feet. But it is not so pleasure plase to stay more than 1 night and want to enjoy of Paris. Kindly personal.
As for me it not so safe area near railway station if you return at midnight alone. Was little bit skerry. But good if you return to hotel not late.
There was broken and not clear toilet on reception, when you need to take it after you check out. It is sad.

The staff were lovely and very kind. They looked after our bags when we checked out for 6hours. They were very accommodating when asked if we could switch rooms
The rooms were awful, dirty and smelt like damp and human excrement. It was so bad that i had to sleep on my beach towel as i didnt feel comfortable sleeping on the bed. There was a sock placed over the smoke detector by the past occupants and a towel covered in brown stains was our given towel. The smell of the bathroom was so bad we brushed our teeth on the balcony with bottled water. I felt so awful for the staff after staying as they were so sweet but the standards of the hotel felt more like a brothel.

Location
Rooms are very dirty especially floors and bathrooms. Breakfast if you can call it Breakfast there's only Croassans & Coffee.

Great location, walking distance to lots of attractions and very lovely staff .
Good value for money!
Rooms very outdated , no hairdryer, no kettle, tea or coffee

The receptionist was very politely.
The bathroom was TINY! The place is very 'Tired' looking

The hotel staff was extremely kind and serviceable. You could arrive any time in the night and found someone to deal with you and help you with your requests.
The elevator. We were on the fifth floor and the elevator could be used perfectly for going bottom up. However, you could not call the elevator to the fifth floor, it was not working. You had to call it from the fourth floor. This was a problem only when we were leaving with a luggage of 23 kilos.

Location was good, near by public transport.
Dirty room, dust everywhere. Shower was blocked so water didn't drain, basin almost fall off the wall. It's good to stay a night if there is nothing else around.

Staff were great, very affordable, great location if need gare du nord and great restaurants very nearby. Hot showers. Warm room. Comfy bed.
WiFi cut in and out constantly. Lift broken. Ceiling stains from pipe leaks. Bathroom smelt of sewers. Plug in shower was dirty and full of hair.

It was fine for the price, conveniently near the Gare de Nord. Staff were polite.
MInimal insulation between rooms meant the room was very noisey.

Excellent location, staff were nice, the value of money. Hotel surrounding of restaurants, markets and metro stations.,
Nothing to highlight.
