Hervorragende Unterkunft

Sehr zentral gelegen. Ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet und das beste man konnte mit dem Hund im aussen Bereich sein Frühstück einnehmen ohne sein Tier morgens im Hotelzimmer zu lassen Danke

Zur Straße das Zimmer am Tag viel Strassen Lärm nachts aber ruhig

Das Hotel kann auf keinen Fall weiterempfohlen werden

Das einzig Positive war das freundliche Personal des Hotels. Über das Frühstück kann keine Aussage getroffen werden, da keine Zubuchung stattfand.

Das Zimmer war mit Teppichboden ausgelegt, der mit Flecken übersät und in den Eckbereichen sehr staubig war. Die Bettwäsche und das Laken sowie die Vorhänge wiesen Flecken auf und im Bett befanden sich mehrere Haare. Das Badezimmer war winzig, der Einstieg zur Dusche ungewöhnlich hoch und die Fugen waren schmutzig. Der Wasserstrahl bestand aus einem Rinnsal. DIe Handtücher rochen merkwürdig. Trotz Zubuchung eines Parkplatzes war keiner verfügbar. Rückerstattung unproblematisch. Die Zufahrt ist extrem eng und es besteht in der Tiefgarage keine Wendemöglichkeit.

Friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast will always be on number one.

Both evening and morning front desk personnel are helpful. The room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. Friendy staff, I love it!

Die Sauberkeit. Unter dem Bett gut sichtbar waren viele Flusen, nach 3 Tagen waren die Flusen im ganzen Zimmer. An der Decke hingen Spinnweben.

Das Parkhaus ging gar nicht das ist Aufjedenfall kein Parkhaus sondern eine Katastrophe es geht extrem steil nach unten und die Parkplätze sind mega eng so eng das wir mit einem polo Schwierigkeiten hatten. Das rausfahren war mega anstrengend weil es soo steil war so steil das die Kupplung sogar angefangen hat zu stinken. Außerhalb kann man kostenpflichtig parken was wir dann auch gemacht haben. Das frühstück war noch okay aber der Latte war sehr wässrig. Die zimmern waren in Ordnung aber auch nicht sehr sauber was für den Preis aber okay war. Das Personal war ganz okay aber wir müssten beim einchecken mega lange warten.

Spacious room close to the station

The station was 2 km from the hotel, manageable by 20-25 minutes of walking. The room was spacious, with a section between the bathroom and bedroom for getting ready.

Value for money!!

The room was a good size, beds were comfy, close to the palace and downtown area. Had a nice little balcony too which was cute!

It was comfortable, clean , and the room layout was brilliant..

No mini fridge in the room so the water was warm., The hairdryer was broke. Told the cleaning lady, nothing was done, walked around with long wet hair for over 2 hours ,

Nice, clean hotel with very good breakfast. Receptionist Ms. Knezovic was very pleasant and helpful. All recommendations for the hotel!!!

Very good

The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned everyday. The bed is quite comfortable and the location is great.

The bathroom is a bit small, esp. the shower. Not a problem for me though but take it into account if that's important for you.

The location and the parking.

The room smelt bad and was generally dirty looking with faded old carpeting, furniture, bedding etc etc. Very very bad standard and appalling value for money. This hotel needs a total refurbishment.

A quiet and comfortable room at a central location of Mannheim

The room was very clean and very quiet - the location was central and close to many tram/ bus stops. The room was not very spacious but it had every comfort needed.
