Ansonsten schönes Hotel und prima Lage

Das Zimmer ist bei schlechtem Wetter etwas zu klein. Und leider war es trotz Heizung zu kühl für meinen Geschmack

Small hotel in central location

Good location: 10 minutes walk to railway station, shops, tourist office and port. Room and bed were comfortable and everything worked as expected. Check in/out was fast with no problems.

Restaurants on the street outside next to hotel were a bit noisy, but we're quiet again after closing.

Great small hotel in good location

we really liked this small hotel. The traditional building had been restyled with some contemporary interior design, the room and bathroom were a good size, the location handy for walking round the town and for the railway station. very good breakfast buffet too.

maybe the lighting in the room could be further improved?

- location was excelent

- parking is a real challenge in Stralsund. Hotel is next to city market... with lots of parking space that is used by locals for short stay... You may park there max. for 3 hours, but evening frpm 18h if i remember well.. you may park here without limits. So arrive late afternoon and there is a big chance you can get place there.. otherwise there are several parking garage in city centre. - just 2x per week there is a city market and half of square is forbidden to park. !

Great central location with friendly staff. Pretty comfy beds. Small but clean modern bathroom. We stayed with our teenager, who was very happy with a separate adjoining room - a great arrangement for those travelling with an older child.

Unfortunately other guests leant out of their windows to smoke right next to our windows.

Beautiful old hotel, friendly and helpful hotel receptionists. Brilliant breakfast. Wonderful location

Location, cleanliness and staff were great.

A bit on the pricey side for me but I did manage to find the same booking for €20 cheaper shortly before my trip so cancelled my original booking and booked another. Worth checking.

The location is very good, very close to city center and all the historical attractions. The staff was very kind to explain how the parking in front of the hotel works. We were travelling with the kid, and we got very lucky to get 2-bedrooms room :)

The breakfast is very strictly scheduled. You need to book a time in advance, and now allowed to come earlier/later, which is not very relaxing experience. The mini-fridge in our room was very loud, we had to turn it off during the night to be able to sleep.

Good value for the price and very central location

The room is spacious and full of light with a comfy double bed and a mini fridge. The bathroom had been renovated recently (few months or couple of years ago) and it is nice and clean with a large bathtub.

Room a little noisy, especially hoovering in the room above on a Sunday morning. Checkout is until 11AM and it's nice when it's a bit later. Our room was non-smoking and it did not smell but in the corridor, smoke smell was coming out of another room.

staff were smoking in the laundry room and the whole hotel smelled like ashtray!!! even in our room. I woke up in the morning from cigarette smell. was horrible.

The staff was very friendly, helped us a lot with locking up our bikes, and giving us recommendations and directions to things around the city. The rooms were well laid out and a nice size. I liked the decor a lot!

Being so close to the church meant being woken by the bells ringing all night. The beds seemed quite old and didn't lie flat. It was very hot during our stay and there were no fans available.
