موقعه جميل واطلالته على البحر والقوارب والنظافه وحُسن تعاملهم واستقبالهم وعندهم خدمة صف السيارات وتحته كوفي والمراتب والمخدات مريحة بصراحه مدري ايش امدح وايش اقول اخاف انسى شي كل كلام في حقهم حقهم قليل الف شكر علي الشريف من السعودية

بالنسبة للسعر يعتبر جيد جدا

الموقع جميل و تعامل موظفين الاستقبال جميل ولو الفندق يعتبر قديم لكن مهتمين فيه

-السرير غير مريح. -رايحة غير جيده في دورة المياة ولا يوجد تهوية. -تاخير في طلبات من خدمة الغرف بطريقة غير مبرره ممكن تأخذ ساعتين تنتظر الطلب. -المواقف قليل بجانب الفندق، واذا ترغب توقف بنفسك في المواقف البدروم ممنوع لازم تعطي السيارة الموظف و يوقفها لك و ما ارتحت لهذا الشي ارغب بايقاف سيارتي بنفسي. بمجمل جيد جدا.

Excellent Stay

They were very kind, especially Mr. Mohammed who gave us room upgrade for my wife's birthday, and complimentary cake. Delicious food, the chargrilled burger is a must try. Housekeeping and kitchen staffs were attentive to our request. We'll definitely book again.

من الصعب زيارة الفندق مره اخرى بوجود طاقم الاستقبال هذا

الاستقبال غير جيد وخصوصاً الاستقبال المسائي ، للاسف غير متعاونين مع الضيف ، لايتجاوبون بسرعه ، مستحيل ترى ابتسامه في وجوهيهم ، الانترنت انقطع يوم كامل لم يعتذر احدا منهم ، ادارة الفندق غير متجاوبين ، نظافة الغرف لايغيرون اغطية الاسره ، المراوش تحتاج الى صيانه ، الاستقبال المسائي محمد ومعه زميله اعتقد مغربيه غير متعاونين

The employees need to get more training about hospitality.

The location and the cleanliness

I did not like the way the employees treated me, it seems they do not want to work or they do not like us. Even a smile was not there in this hotel. I regret booking in the hotel.

A great place for family vacation in Doha with a great view of Sea

We got a room on the 20th floor with a sea view. The room had a great sea view and was very spacious for four of us to accommodate. There is a coffee shop and a QHub inside the hotel. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming to us all the time. There are restaurants nearby just in a minute walkable distance. Onsite parking was free and mostly we got the parking space.

Good hotel in a good location, with a fantastic view.

The view, the size of the bedroom, the pillows, etc. Staff was very nice when we checked in.

Bathroom was far too small for a room of this size and having the shower in the bath was not great. You need a walk-in shower. Bed was too hard. The aircondition was blowing straight onto the bed, which was uncomfortable.

The staff makes the hotel bad

If the staff improved then the hotel would be good.

- The staff makes many promises but rarely does anything. Example: They might say "yeah we will come and fix it", and then never show up.... - I gave my luggage in 1 piece and recieved it in 2 pieces broken. According to themselves it happened under their "care" but they didn't give anything as compensation they simly say they will get back to you but never do. They even promised to call me but never did. - TV didn't work (even 3 star hotels have TV's) - Stove for warming food didn't work (turned off on purpose I think). We had to ask maaaany times for them to turn it on.

Relaxing Two-Day Stay

Special shoutout to Reception staff, Mr. Ali, who was very welcoming when we checked in. Also appreciate the Housekeeping staff for always checking up on our needs. Also commendable service from the staff of Forknife for our buffet breakfast! The indoor pool was also a hit especially during this summertime in Qatar.

There was no mini-bar/mini-fridge in our room - seems to have been removed for repair but was never replaced.
