Ils nous ont donné une chambre en plus mais pas équivalent ce qu’on a payé pour le prix nis rembours

On a payé une suite pour 4 personnes et on pas eu ça sûr place Après il nous ont donné une chambre en Plus mais pas équivalent au même prix sans être remboursé la différence c’est pas correct du tout J’ai essayé de discuter avec personnelle à la réception ils m’ont dit je comprends pas . Normalement si on paye un prix on doit avoir la même chose ou moi rembourser la différence

Amazing Location.

The hotel has a great location right in the city center . The open buffet breakfast was great. The employees are friendly and helpful. I will choose it again. I recommend it to you too.

It was in a good location however I would suggest you find elsewhere to dine.

Unfortunately they do not have any restaurant or bar facilities open for their guests on a Sunday. Very disappointed with the quality and range of their meals in general. Their carparking area is very tight so be aware depending on your vehicle size. This hotel would not be my first choice if visiting Frankfurt again.

Their meals could have been much better for the prices charged. Over priced for the quality especially at their rooftop restaurant. Very understaffed when having breakfast in the mornings. Limited dining options.

Enjoyed it very much

The room was very nice and quite comfortable. We also enjoyed the top floor bar.

Didn’t like the fact that even in the hotel the restaurant was closed on Sunday.

Traumhaftes Wochenende in Frankfurt am Main

Wundervolle Lage und man erreicht alles fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten :) das Personal, sowie das Zimmer war super 😁

Die Anreise mit Auto war etwas komplizierter, da die Tiefgarage geschlossen war. Dennoch war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder ^^

Adequate but spoiled by the party event, otherwise everything was good, staff were great, especially Mara Lise.

Comfortable rooms, good location and wonderful breakfast

Unfortunately there was a large party on the rooftop restaurant with very loud music blaring throughout the hotel until midnight! Staff accommodated us and moved us to another room. Being very tired from traveling, we weren’t impressed with the situation and found it very inappropriate for the hotel to allow the restaurant to hold such an event while there are guests trying to sleep. Air conditioning was also not working in our original room and had to be moved first because of that! All in all, we were moved to 3 different rooms. In the end, we were finally able to get some rest.

the rooms are very degraded, the carpet had multiple staines, the duvet had holes on it, the door lock was not working properly, the room was nit cleaned and staff at the reception was absolutely unfriendly (during check in, luggage storage, questions about the cleaning or when asked to repair the look).

Goed tot zeer goed hotel om op doorreis enkele nachten te verblijven.

Zeer comfortabele bedden. Lichte aangename donsdekens en prima hoofdkussens Excellent uitzicht (3 grote vensters,) en prima verduisteringsmigelijkheden Zeer vriendelijke en professionele bediening Centrale ligging van het hotel in levendige en toch groene buurt Garage rechtstreeks toegankelijk met de lift vanuit het hotel wat zeer comfortabel is Heel goed ontbijt Apart toilet.

Renovatie en herstelwerken bezig Koelkast werkte niet op de kamer Inrichting van de kamer is eigenaardig. De grote ruimte kon veel beter en aangenamer benut zijn. De douche is helemaal in het midden (verhoogd en met klare glazen wanden ) van de kamer opgesteld .

Perfekte Lage und vollumfänglicher Service

Perfekte Lage, guter Service und auf individuelle Bedürfnisse wurde eingegangen. Diesmal war beim Aufenthalt auch die Tiefgarage frei.

Der Teppich der Zimmer ist ziemlich fleckig und verschmutzt, was den Gesamteindruck schmälert. Holzfußboden wäre eine hygienische Alternative

Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der Paternoster! Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten gemütlich. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Ein ganz großes Lob an das Team beim Frühstück. So freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch die Auswahl am Büffet war sehr reichhaltig.

Hotel con ottima colazione ma pessima politica di gestione del garage

La colazione è davvero eccellente ed il personale dell'area breakfast cortese e disponibile. La posizione dell'hotel è decisamente centrale, a due passi dal cuore della città.

Ho avuto un'esperienza poco piacevole col servizio garage dell'hotel. Al mio rientro con l'auto al terzo giorno ho scoperto che non c'era più alcun posto disponibile, e solo allora mi è stato detto che nessun parcheggio del garage è garantito. Questo non è un dettaglio da poco per uno che ha soggiornato in quell'hotel un'intera settimana! Non discuto circa le politiche aziendali, ma avrei gradito saperlo dal giorno del mio arrivo. Ho dovuto rimediare un posto auto in un autosilo nelle vicinanze.

Superb hotel in ideal location for exploring city. Great value for luxury stay.

Incredible hotel with best bed I have slept in. Extremely spacious room, had all amenities and entertainment you would expect. Very good Air conditioning which is vital in summer. Location right above metro stop which is ideal for exploring the city.

The chromecast was not working on the TV when we stayed so we couldn’t steam Netflix :(

Diego Leite und Mar-leen haben mich an meine Geburtstag sehr herzlich empfangen. habe mich ganz gut gefühlt. und die Mitarbeiter beim buffet sind auch mega nett gewesen. occio d oro ist auch etwas wo man unbedingt wiederholen muss. einfach tolles combination. Top Lage, nette Zimmer!

Top Lage, immer wieder super. Nette Zimmer, lagebedingt nicht ganz leise. Tolle Dusche im Zimmer, die super funktioniert.

Frühstück ist schon länger hoffnungslos überteuert. Parkmöglichkeit mäßig.

ביקשתי לשריין חניה וקיבלתי הסכמה אך כשהגעתי פקידת הקבלה התנערה מההבטחה . צורת הדיבור והיחס שלה לא היו מקובלים. בקיצור הבעיה שלי בעניין החניה כלל לא עניינה אותה. ותשובתה היתה מי שהבטיח לך חניה שיתן. בנוסף ביקשו לחייב אותי בתשלום נוסף בגלל שבחדר שלי יש שתי מיטות יחיד ואני הזמנתי אותו חדר בדיוק רק עם מיטת יחיד אחת, רק בהתערבות המנהל ויתרו על החיוב בנוסף המון רעש וצפיפות בתוך המלון, רק שתי מעליות צרות וקטנות עובדות, תמיד קיים תור ארוך בעמדת הקבלה. זאת הייתה השהיה השלישית שלי במלון ובטח האחרונה עקב כל הכשלים שחוותי.

Great staff, comfortable rooms with lots of amenities and central location

Central hotel, clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent and the toiletries. Ironing board was really useful after travelling! Staff really helpful especially when one of party was impaired, gave hot water bottle and adjusted dining to help. They were really attentive and want to thank them for their support. Central location in main part of Frankfurt.

Only niggle was declined entrance to rooftop bar on second night (Friday) as private function. We picked the hotel because of the rooftop bar and if this is a regular occurrence they should state that. My husband was quite disappointed and we couldn’t use the bar cards as a result of being denied entry even though hotel residents.

Insgesamt enttäuschender Aufenthalt und nach diesen Erfahrungen so nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Einzig allein die Lage überzeugt bei diesem Hotel. Ansonsten werden wir dieses Hotel zukünftig meiden und können es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist alles in allem stark in die Jahre gekommen und für einen Aufenthalt gibt es deutlich bessere und preiswertere Hotels in Frankfurt in gleicher Kategorie. Zimmer sehr hellhörig (Ohrenstöpsel sind zu empfehlen) und Ausstattung veraltet. Das Personal benötigt dringend Schulungen in Freundlichkeit und Professionalität gegenüber seinen Gästen. Preislich war es überzogen, vermutlich wegen Messetagen während unseres Aufenthalts.

قريب من مركز المدينة وكل شي حواليك ويمكن الوصول له بالمشي فقط ولا تحتاج تاكسي او وسائل مواصلات اخرى و الفندق جديد نسبياً و نظيف

هناك مشكلة واحد ، الشاور زجاج شفاف وسط الغرفة و لكن عرفنا من الاستقبال بأن يوجد في بعض الغرفة ستارة تغطي غرفة الشاور و يمكنك طلبها عند الحجز اذا كانت متوفرة

Große geräumige Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet Große TV und nicht zu vergessen die wirklich bequemen Betten . Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten, außer es stört einem, das überall Teppichboden verlegt wurde

O quarto é ótimo, de bom tamanho, com mesa, armário, banheiro separado do banho, tudo muito organizado e limpo.

Só não gostei no box do banheiro ser na frente da janela rs fiquei encucada se a cortina estava realmente fechada.

Отличное место. Вокруг магазины, торговые центры, метро. Мы всё обошли пешком. Идеальное расположение.

Отель находится на большом перекрёстке и звуки машин и сирен проезжающих были слышны.

Luxushotel mit Lususbehandlung für einen gerechtfertigten Preis

Super nettes Personal, hohe Decken, durchsichtige Dusche und Waschbecken im Zimmer, während die Toilette ihren eigenen Raum hatte, volle Minibar und die kostenlose Nespresso-Maschine mit Tee, Milch und Kaffee. Man kann da nach dem Check-Out sein Gepäck zu Obhut geben und meinetwegen sogar bis zum nächsten Tag da lassen.

Warum sind da so wenig Steckdosen? Ich musste am Bürotisch mein Handy aufladen. Es gibt dann noch eine im Bad, aber neben dem Bett gibt’s keine.

Parfait!

Hôtel très bien situé avec du personnel très professionnel et très aimable. Petit déjeuner est très copieux avec une vue imprenable sur la ville. Parking dans l’hôtel accessible par l’ascenseur.

Quelques petits détails par rapport à l’entretien dans la chambre. Mais sans plus. Ça ne m’empêchera pas d’y retourner.
