Great location and excellent value for money with friendly staff.

Hotel was very modern , rooms were clean and had room cleaning daily. Location was perfect and everything was near . I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again excellent value for money.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this hotel . No complaints . Can’t fault the hotel in anyway. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much

Lovely but could have been better

Property was clean, beds were super comfortable and hotel central to the main stretch.

Air conditioning failed to work making the nights sleep very uncomfortable. Reception staff failed to offer alternative room.

dommage, la vue de la chambre donnait sur l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Or l'intimité (fermer les rideaux), une vue autre aurait été appréciée.

Won't be going back.

The location of the hotel was good, the room and public areas were clean and modern.

We paid for a double room but we're given two single beds and two separate single duvets. The window in the bedroom was broken so once opened it would not shut and the room was freezing. On arrival we were asked if we wanted to for-go the turn down service in exchange for the hotel planting a tree. Of course we agreed. What we didn't realise was that this meant that once we had used the single toilet role that had been provided, we would not be granted another. We ran out of toilet role on the second day and when we asked at reception for more we were told that we would have to pay for the entire turn down service for this to be granted. I was also not aware from the booking that the turn down service wasn't included in the price...

Great location, great service

The hotel is perfect location to shops and walking distance to multiple tourist attractions.

All reception and cleaning staff were friendly and spoke English well. However, we did get uncomfortable stares from the bar staff on separate occasions which made me very uncomfortable. (- POC)

Location was great. Rooms were good. Enoufh space. Staff were great.

I did change rooms and I found the room I stayed in at a higher level did easily attract noise from the road below. But unsure if the hotel can do much about this.

Great hotel highly recommended

Excellent location walking distance to the local shops and the old town square. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Breakfast was great.

Bathroom could do with updated but not a major issue.

An inconvenience very efficiently solved.

When arrived I was noticed that my room was double-booked and unfortunately the hotel had no more available rooms. However, they immediately arranged to find me another accommodation in a close hotel by which was superior in category at any cost.

A great hotel in the city centre

The location was fantastic; the staff were lovely; the buffet breakfast was great (there was so much to choose from); the room was clean, and nice.

The only problem was (as other people had pointed out in their reviews) the water pressure.

The location is perfect, even tho it is a street of strip clubs, we didn't see anything crazy and it was not loud, it was actually very calm and quiet. The stuff was very nice, the trainee that checked us in too.

The shower had very weak stream and was either really hot or really cold. Other than that, I liked the bathroom and the room.

Short but satisfactory holiday. Prague is wonderful, visit highnly recommended.

Excellent location, very good breakfast. Staff attentive and cooperative. Spacious rooms, bathroom well aranged. in conclusion fully satisfied. Quiet environment.

Breakfast room a bit crowded. Some small issues on the cleaning (a cup and a glass not cleaned, dustbin not emptied), but really minor.

If there is no other option, you can choose this hotel.

The sortiment of breakfast bufet was fair. The hotel is really near to the city center, in walking distance . The room size was adequate.

It was nowhere mentioned that the hotel does not have enough parking lot in case they are fully booked. Furthermore the garage gate is not wide enough for a larger car which is ridicullous. On booking. com it was stated that "Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs € 32 per day". I was sent to a mall to park and, as a result, i had to pay much more than I should have had in the hotel. The hotel is next to a night club ... Do I have to say more? Thus, you can not leave the window open during the night because those who are visiting the neighborhood are drinking, chating and shouting till about 5:00 am, while the airconditioning cooling function has not yet been tured on by the hotel staff. "Wonderfull nights." I booked two identical type of rooms, but I got two completely different ones. One of those was on the top, on the 6th floor, which is anyway advertised on booking.com having a nice balkony, while the other was a simple room on the 1st floor without a balcony. I just don't understand how I clould get so different rooms for the same price.

Clean room, enough space.modern interior. Breakfast was alright. Gym was okay for standard workout, no cardio though. Location right at city centre.
