Detached Studio above garage with all new furnishings and appliances right on the edge of town with mountain views from every window. Complete, well equipped full kitchen.
6 block walk to town to vibrant culinary, artistic experiences, and shopping (full service grocery store, liquor store, mountain bike rentals/outdoor gear and apparel shop) and free concerts, summer time Friday farmers markets in the park. 2 blocks to access Uncompahgre River Park trail system with paved and single track access to Ridgway State Park.
Serves as a great basecamp location for adventures to Million Dollar Highway, Ouray (11 miles), Orvis Hot Springs, (5 miles), Telluride (39 miles), and San Juan Mountains, which tower over the sunny Ridgway Valley. Convenient access to everything.
The Town of Montrose is 30 minutes with a commercial airport, Walmart, City Market/Kroger, Safeway, and even a Target.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Well stocked. Andre, our host, was great. Fantastic location. Centrally located to many attractions in the area. Great restaurants and coffee shops. Our favorites were Eatery 66, Taco Del Gnar, and Cimarron Coffeehouse

My wife and I enjoyed our time in the apartment space. It’s very quiet but still very close to town. This location provided us a good central location for day trips in the area. The apartment had plenty of space for two.

This property was a great place to stay. The apartment was very clean, and everything was recently updated. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to the town center which had different food options. Overall our stay was great, and we would love to come back!

Cute apartment studio in a nice neighborhood with beautiful views from every window. The bed was SOOO comfy. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants in the cool morning air in July ( doesn't happen in Texas) Loved the large walk in closet so I could organize our suitcases. Only thing I thought it needed to be absolutely perfect is a washer/dryer for longer stays

It was great to get out of the Grand Valley heat for a few days. This little studio was clean, comfortable and close to downtown. We enjoyed the Thursday night music in the park, hiking, Friday farmers market, swimming in the lake and trying a few restaurants that we’d never tried before. This location made it easy for us access all within minutes. We especially liked the walk-in closet, which had more than enough room for our belongings.

You will truly be surprised with a beautiful view. The relaxation and amazing nature all around. The condo is excellent, clean and a great price. Everything you need is at your fingertips and the owner is easily reached! I recommend 100% 10 stars!!

We enjoyed our stay in this new, very well-equipped, and spotless unit. My only caution is that access is up an outside staircase with a small landing, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. We hope to return on our next trip to the area.

Property was easy to get to and access. Apartment was very clean and stocked with necessities. Views from inside and out were great. Very easy access to both Telluride and Ouray. Highly recommend and will most likely book again.

We loved this space, and it was in a good location. Make sure you read amenities carefully. There is no air conditioning and although it is cool at night, evenings after a day of hiking were very hot. We choose not to cook food we brought because we did not want to heat place up any more. Also, no grill or washer and dryer. We loved the area and the studio was very clean.

We were surprised that the owner required us to collect all the towels in the laundry room and wash the sheets. We were on a tight time schedule to catch a flight from Denver and this took extra time that we had not anticipated.

We enjoyed our stay in Ridgway. Great central place to Ouray, Telluride & mountain trails. The house is beautiful and roomy, kitchen is well stocked, has a great view on the back porches, quiet neighborhood, and walking trails nearby. We walked to dinner 2 nights. I highly recommend this property!

The house was in great shape, clean and spacious, had everything we need. Stargazing from the porch was amazing! The location is good in Ridgeway - we were able to visit Ouray and Telluride easily from there. Ridgeway State Park and the Thursday Summer Concert in the Park in Ridgeway were so fun!

This property is super easy to travel to Telluride, Montrose and Ouray. The views are amazing! Very comfortable and clean. Quiet neighbor too. Excellent restaurants in town. Ridgway isn’t much heard of but it’s a gem.

We loved our week long stay at Andre’s home. We fell in love with the town and hope to return again some day soon. Andre was so easy to communicate with and rescheduled his cleaning crew with very short notice so we could stay a couple extra nights. Highly recommend.

The house was fantastic. We are a group of 6 adults. We visit the area at least once a year for hiking and exploring. With a group of adults this house was perfect. Enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Living room, Kitchen and dining area was large with enough room for gathering. Kitchen well stocked but bring your spices for cooking, which we always do. Ridgway is a great little town with wonderful people.

Perfect location

Had such a blast catching up with old friends. The upstairs balcony was the perfect spot to sit and relax after skiing and watch the sunset. Easy drive to Telluride from the house and a nice walk to shops and restaurants in Ridgway!
