Falsely advertised a room with a private hot tub.
Large jetted tub in the bathroom only fills with about 5 inches of hot water before it gets cold.
Our first room had a gas leak.
Staff was not confident or reassuring in helping us with any of our concerns.
3.5
Beautiful property. Great pool.
Needs updating. Couch was ripped. Shower needed to be looked at during our stay.
2.5
Location
Definitely needs some TLC. Hallways looked awful. Walls damaged and carpet was very dirty
Felt like the price was high for the quality of room. Restaurant menu was very limited
4.5
Loved the layout.
No elevator
1.0
Since there was no elevator, staff carried the bag up to the room.
Windows in the room did not lock. No one on the front desk at night. Inadequate lighting on stairs . No elevator and the air conditioning vents were very dirty. The fan squeaked.
3.0
location is good
very average accommodation for the price
4.0
Love the location, the spa area, and general decor and setting.
Room was a little small.
4.5
the decor and amenities
the layout was a bit strange but it was very lovely
5.0
The room, aesthetics and the private hot tub.
4.5
Very spacious rooms and king beds! The private hot tub was a nice surprise.
Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very quiet.
A little run down, but they were in the process of remodeling it. No temperature control, so overly hot during the day and cold at night. Space heaters help. Staff did not seem too knowledgeable about area restaurants.
2.5
The original structure of the rooms. Big beams, lighting, comfort of bed, fireplace.
Luke warm hot tub. Couldn’t go in. Un clean pool. Staff at reception didn’t make us feel so welcome or accommodating. Vent in ceiling in room could have been repaired easily but wasn’t. Had to look at its delapitated look when rest of room’s original structure still holds it beauty.
3.0
Room layout and bed size
not enough and too small towels; staff at checkin moderately helpful and bad mouthed Booking.com saying I should NOT have used you…
was charged for two nights even though I changed my reservation well before cancellation/change date to just one night. Big hassle to get that sorted out plus their computer terminal wasn’t working properly..
restaurant staff friendly but not dressed professionally for wait staff.. VERY icy slippery walkway and stairs to the restaurant door .. Had to ask them to please!! put some salt on it!
2.5
Always hot bathtub and warm pool. The room with view and facilities.
I don't like that I was leaving like as on building site. All over were remainders of dirty building remodeling. That bothers me a lot. Not for this price!!
4.5
The room was cute. The hot tub was lovely.
Stairs were uneven and handrails were too wide and hard to hold on to. Lighting in the room was hard to figure out. The ribs and pork chops were a bit too chewy but the staff was nice in the restaurant. Berry crisp and wine was good.
3.0
Very Clean, And great mountain view
It smelled a-lot like Gas Propane, probably coming from the chimney but it game a bad headache, Neighbor downstairs kept hitting the ceiling, mind you we were gone the whole day we only came back to sleep. other than that everything was Fine
4.5
views & hot tubs!
under a bit of reconstruction - noisy work
3.5
Location was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food service was good.
There were not enough lights and outlets. They need to upgrade this.
3.5
Restaurant was not open.
When booking they did not tell us that the Hot Springs pool was not open. Would have gone to a different location if we had known this.

location
advertised that breakfast was furnished…not honest in advertising.. disappointed
5.0
The location itself, the spa area, especially the hot pool. The architecture of the hotel is really nice. I like this kind of pueblo style. Also the great size of the room/apartment was not expected
5.0
There was no breakfast. The restaurant was closed both days that I was booked for. I was a bit disappointed but the hotel referred us to some of the local restaurants.
I just wish that the restaurant was open.
5.0
Very private. Hot tub was very nice in room
3.0
I liked the hot tub on the balcony although the buttons
did not work so couldn't adjust it. But it was on when we got there so we still got to soak.
I didn't like that there was no ceiling in the bathroom and it was direct access to the bed. Also wanted to eat at the restaurant but the room doesn't come with a reservation for the restaurant that is on site. So had to leave the property to go get dinner. I thought that was just terrible.
4.0
I liked the town. The Teepee courtyard was cute. The lobby was gorgeous with lush indoor trees. The hot tub was good sized but a bit hard to get out of.
The pool was just 80 degrees which is a bit cold and I wish the on site snow removal were better. I never got the fireplace to work, when showing the room to guests demonstrating the fireplace use would be helpful.
5.0
the pool, giant hot tub, and amazing room. the cafe was nice too.
i dind thave any issues.
4.5
Great staff and clean tubs
