Great stay in the hillsides, perfect pool, great views, great for relaxing

We loved it here! Great place, very beautiful, the pool was amazing and clean with a great view. Enough to do and see in the nearby villages to stay here for a couple of days. The rooms were clean and tidy and we had a housekeeper resheet our beds and clean our room each morning, which was unexpectedly nice.

Only accessable by car (or highly advisable since hitch hiking / public transportation is not worth it) so we had to rent a car in Bologna (didn't think this through). We wanted Aperol Spritz for our time at the pool but the B&B doesn't serve this. Further more, we missed the fact there is not AC in our particular bedroom, resulting in sweaty nights. But don't get me wrong, we really loved it here, although these points might be interesting for you to take into consideration.

A lovely getaway in Toscany

The location is beautiful, in the middle of the mountains of Toscany. The house is nice & cool. The bed is perfectly soft, the room is nice with a nice view. The pool is awesome.

The breakfast was a bit early for us, but very nice.

Great stop for one or two nights in a beautiful location

Beautiful location on a hillside with views. Car park is large and level Pool is a decent size and clean with plenty of sunbeds. Room was good with a ceiling fan that was quiet and efficient Bathroom good size and shower good You have to drive to get to a restaurant. There are a couple of local ones in Monzuno, decent prices that the locals use. We ate at one, nice pasta, pizzas also looked good.We asked to check in early to use the pool and this wasn’t an issue. So able to relax after a long drive.

Beautiful country house in a pitoresque area

This country house is impeccable, fully renovated and transformed into a BnB, ran by its owners. The owners were always there, being very helpful when needed, for example they called the restaurant located 1km downhill to make sure that a table is reserved on our behalf. The breakfast was very tasty with a decent selection of produce. The surrounding area is very pitoresque and the view from the house's vantage point is really nice. The windows blinds made the room pitch black and the insects net might come in handy once the insects become active and numerous.

The noise isolation was terrible, in a typical poor standard known for Italy and Southern Euriope. Therefore we could hear everything through the walls, to such an extent that a powernap was not possible because the owners and other guests were of course awake and active. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. Due to the fact that it was an unusually cold May, the room felt very cold. Also, the area is quite remote, a nearby road closure making it even longer to reach from Bologna.

Cozy place, panoramic view of the mountains, delicious breakfast and helpful owners!

Our room was beautiful and clean, with a view of the mountains from the terrace. You can also enjoy the panorama from the pool. The city center, shops and restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hosts are kind and helpful. They even helped us when our car broke down and we needed an extra night and Italian translation with the mechanics. We are very grateful for it!

the place is fabulous, the room was really nice and clean , we had housekeeping service everyday, breakfast is fresh and delicious, I highly recommend this place for couples without children's, this the perfect place to relax and do nothing

When you book a place somewhere, u expect the staff/owner to be friendly with you , especially when u are from another country , how ever I was a bit disappointed when we arrived and realized that this is not the case here, u have to figure out everything by yourself! When I tried to ask her question about places and things to do she said, u have a brochure in your room and u can check it ,I found this a bit unprofessional. Don't expect here to be asked how are you or you need anything because its not the place , how ever the house and everything is so nice that after a while we did not care.

Great location

Our host was great!! He recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner that was very close. Breakfast was really good. We were able to enjoy the pool which was really nice! Loved the peace and tranquility of the location. We also loved having our room cleaned which is a rarity these days!

The location is brilliant, in the morning we had a wonderful walk. everything is refurbished very tasteful, a fantastic place.

Other beds are good, but in our room the bed was too soft. We mentioned that to the owner, and she promised to do s.th. about that for the next stay.

Charming B&B. Great staff. Would definitely go back

The structure was delightful and so were the staff. The ground floor room was lovely and opened on to the garden. The room and bathroom looked like it had be recently refurbished. The staff were happy to collect me to the local town of Monzuno were I was hiking the via degli dei. They even drove me to the local restaurent (golf club) which was a great suggestion. The food was lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent

It took a lot of time to find it since Google maps is giving wrong directions Luckily the owner was able to redirect me

The B&B is made of different rooms within a whole apartment with relatively little common areas at least in the winter season.It may be rather noisy if the other guests are speaking.
