Communication prior to check in was very efficient and in good time. The instructions about how to check in including a video were such a good idea! The room was clean, comfortable with good facilities such a a fridge and kettle. A good location for us as we arrived by train and it was a 5 minute walk.

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a short walking distance of the railway station- so it is a great location if you want to take the train to Cinque Terre. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated- with a great shower!

The location, the view , the hotel are perfectfrom the hotel

The room was newly renovated and lovely. Quiet, clean and very comfortable bed. Location was close to the train station and the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. Even had a small balcony to sit outside. Really liked the coded doors rather than a key card or key to get into the building and room.
The shower was a bit tight. There was a sauna which seemed like a waste of space. Would have preferred a bigger shower rather than a sauna.

The room is clean, spacious, bright enough. It comes with air conditioner so it good for those going to visit during summer. For the location, it is really good if you are for short stay and going to the 5 villages. The train station is about 100-200m away from the hotel. The staffs are very good, she put initiative & texted me a day before to confirm my arrival. Thumb up for their service!
The bed is too soft. I cant remember the names of the room that we stayed. Our group occupied the whole 5 rooms at the ground. For our room, the bed is still ok but a lot of my friends mentioned the bed is too soft.

good location just a few minutes walk from the railway station.
The bathroom was small, especially the standing bathtub, barely make a turn when bathing.

Very helpful staff and excellent communication in the lead up to our stay.
Our room was a bit noisy and we couldnt open the windows as it was below street level.

Although there was a small unpleasantness between us and the owner, the staff did not reflect this to us at all. One of the best places to stay in la spezia. besides it's very close to the station.

Everything was perfect in our room, the bed super comfortable. The host Elettra she was very kind and explained us a lot about cinque terre. Giving us advices about transport and some good places to eat. Le 5 terre la spezia is a great option to stay and visit Cinqueterre.

I choose this property ax it was conveniently close to the train station and offered a good value for the type of accommodation.
We didn’t have a soap one night, another it was fixed on the wall and fell at night as it was poorly assembled.

The staff are cheerful and keen to help and advise.

It felt claustrophobic

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Great recommendations, and general information.

Excellent location, very close to train station and town centre. Erica&Elettra are very kind and friendly. The guide they prepared for the guests is so helpful. Room is very clean and good size. Price was also reasonable.
The only downside was that our room was literally in the reception and you hear people talking early in the morning. Check out is also very early but this was okay for us.

This hotel is on the doorstep of La Spezia Centrale station, which enabled me to hop from one Cinque Terre village to another in 5 mins. The host was an absolute sweetheart, with a huge infectious smile, she was really accomodating. She suggested places to visit which really helped, provided a map and train timetable too. Loved my room (named Corniglia). The room, bathroom and bed were clean, with gorgeous decor that added a personal touch. The host even allowed me to check in at 12 because my room was ready with no extra charge.
The only downside (no fault to the hotel) is you have to go through a tunnel to walk to the hotel, but the hotel itself feels safe.

Hosts were super friendly and helpful, we received plenty of information about Cinque Terre on arrival. They sent detailed information prior to check-in via whatsapp and even let us print train tickets in their office. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect base for travelling Cinque Terre as its so close to the train station!
Nothing- all perfect

This property completely exceeded my expectations! My room was beautiful but I had no idea that the location was absolutely perfect for me as a solo traveler. A 4 minute walk to the train station, a 5 minute walk to the center of town, all the wonderful shopping and restaurants in La Spezia. I felt very safe. The staff is so nice and helpful and my check in instructions and guest access was very clear and easy. Especially for me as a non-Italian speaker. I highly recommend Le 5 Terre La Spezia! I hope I get to come back here someday.
There is nothing not to like!

a bit difficult to find with google and roads are very small to maneuver through.

Amazing, clean cosy and classy room . Great location for cinque terre trip. Very helpful staff.
3.0 / 5.0
It was comfortable and in a convenient location for the station to visit the Cinque Terre.
Erica was very pleasant and helpful but we did not meet her until we were about to check out.
Private parking nearby was very handy for 20 Euros a night.
There were no staff on site and we only found out we had a parking space as we were leaving for La Spezia. Instructions about parking and entry to the hotel were sent as YouTube videos by WhatsApp. So no good if you do not have a Smart phone or are uncomfortable with on line instructions.
The advantage of being near the station had the disadvantage of being next to the tracks. Despite being triple glazed it was quite noisy, especially train whistles early in the morning.
The wifi was rather unstable so you had to keep signing in.
There was no breakfast on site.
2.0 / 5.0
There was no breakfast offered, there was a lot of noise at night from the back of the building and the room window is close.

Loved this place, what a find! The staff were so easy to work with, and it was a short 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was beautiful and our favorite during our 5-city tour of Italy. I only wish we'd stayed one more night! Might be silly, but it was the best hotel hair dryer we used.
