Excellent location, prompt and homely service, very clean room. The breakfast spread was better than I expected.

Situación inmejorable a 5 min del Duomo. Silencioso. Cama amplia. Botella de agua de cortesía así como infusiones. Desayuno variado. Amabilidad del personal

Outstanding! The best location, super clean and incredibly helpful staff. The breakfast was wonderful and greatly appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Breakfast was really good plenty of choice.
Bunk bed safety bars came off in middle of night. Top bunk wasn’t very safe.

Location :9.5 -it is a great location
Accuracy: 0.3 - The selling point for me was the rooftop, shown on the pictures, without any clear information about it
Breakfast : 10 it is an excellent breakfast , wide range of option
Room : 7,5 I stayed at a single room 417, it was an avarage room. Excelente sound proof window , but small shower, doors don't close proprely., need an update.
Staff: friendly - Marco is very friendly and gave me an excellent tip for dinner
The nice picture of a rooftop without any clear information that it is a private place for the suit. It seems like a tricking advertising. Iwas in doubt between two places and I chose The Perseo because of the rooftop. I was really disappointed.
I didn't like also the ready speach , saying that at the description of the hotel is not written that there is a rooftop common area. But is also not written that the nice picture in the gallery is actually a private place.
They offer me a quick visit, between guests. No thanks. The only thing I ask is : PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR ON THE PICTURE GALLERY AND ALSO ON THE DESCRIPTION OF THE HOTEL.

The hotel is located in an excellent area , near the Trains station (if you go with a small baggage you can walk to it) and near the historic center . We can go walking to many sights . At night many restaurants nearby. We stayed at the family room, that was very confortable for 4 people .The breakfast was good. The cleaning was good. The staff was very cool and I can tell Ms Louise , the owner, was very kind with us.
As the whole Europe, the old buildings have small elevators and sometimes we have to climb stairs.

The staff was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. We were treated so well. The hotel was conveniently located and within walking distance to everything.
4.3
The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very frendly and when they relised that it was my birthday they put in the room bottle of cold prosecco.

The perfect little spot right in the center of Florence. The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, David—everything we wanted to see are in walking distance. Out your door and a few blocks away are all you want to see and do in this beautiful city.
The room was comfortable and had all we needed, and breakfast room and bar are also clean and wonderful, and staff very welcoming and helpful.

Staff were excellent. Let us leave luggage before and after checking in & out.
Gave us coffee and cookies when we picked up our luggage after walking around Florence all day . Just extremely helpful & caring .

We chose this hotel for its location (a stone throw away from Duomo) and it did not disappoint. It’s a small hotel with the reception on the 3rd floor and has a lift to get to rooms. We never had any issues getting up and down. Laura at reception was wonderful - clear, friendly and helpful. We certainly got a good vibe from all staff we encountered including breakfast and cleaning staff. Breakfast was very good, too. Not cooked breakfast except for boiled eggs, but lots of wonderful continental choices. The pastries were very good and we were well fed. Our room was also very lovely - we booked a deluxe room on the 4th floor so had a fridge. The room had a good view of sunset and the street below that leads to Duomo. Location was good as we walked everywhere and the central train station is a 7-10 minute walk. If we visited Florence again, we would stay here.
There was a leak in our bathroom sink but this was fixed/ replaced promptly when reported (within the two hours we were gone from the hotel), so not much we didn’t like. This is not a luxury hotel and the reception area is very tiny but but we never had any issues. It fit the purpose of our stay.

The team is amazing! Super friendly and helpful, they made our stay trully special!
Great breakfast with very tasty coffee.
The room was somewhat small, but cosy and had everything we needed. Despite the hotel is on the busy street, our room was very quiet (it was facing the inner area between the buildings) and we slept very well. Comfortable beds.
Location is unbeatable.

Good location and friendly staff.

Hotel Perseo's location is hard to beat, literally in the shadow of the imposing Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. It's our second time staying here and coming back to the hotel each day is pretty much like coming home. Laura and Louise are friendly and they bother mingling with the guests at breakfast and giving advice about sights and Florence in general and asking us how our day went. The hotel is spotless, our room was spotless. It was a very comfortable stay and I will not hesitate to book Hotel Perseo again whenever I go to Florence.
My room this time was a little dark and could do with some more lights. Otherwise, there's nothing not to like about this property.

Location was great and staff was beyond friendly.
Heat and AC are controlled by front desk. Can ask for it on or off but not a temperature change.
4.3
Super nice staff. Great location, close to everything you would want to do.
As it has a great location, it requires more anything better sound isolation in the windows. It was hard to sleep with people singing, laughing and screaming until 5h in the morning. Also, the breakfast could have some more options.
4.3
Not very clean. Could use a renovation. With regards to what we payed we expected more.
4.3
super great location 👍
somewhat noisy at night but hey that’s what you get for being right in the city center.
4.3
Absolutely everything! We had the suite and it was incredible. The view of the city, the breakfast, it’s proximity to everything made this the perfect possible place. We stayed in Italy for a month, traveling to several different cities and this place topped them all!

very clean and spacious room

Extremely close to the train station. Its a ten min walk and taxi's are readily available. Hotel is a bit odd to get into. Once you get into the elevator and come to the third floor it gets better. Reception was a stickler for keys but reasoning makes sense. The room was FANTASTIC. Super comfortable beds and facilities. We didnt have a good view but thats the least of concerns. The breakfast was AMAZING. The location is central close to the Basilica. Theres so many good restaurants close by.
Wish they offered shuttle service from train station

street noise made it difficult to sleep at night
