Beautiful old and well cared for building centrally located, but away from all of the crowds. We loved the modern decor with a classical twist. The showers worked great, the beds are super comfortable, and the entire hotel was spotless. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread. Giacomo was an amazing host and went above and beyond to help us get our lost luggage delivered. We would absolutely book Casa Botticelli again!
Nothing! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Room AC was Ok but the bathroom was a glass closet, not very nice.

The air-conditioning wasn’t working in the room.
We had a portable but it was very loud.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service and hospitality. Everything was just perfect.

this was a great location two blocks from the Pitti palace, and was not noisy at night. We were just a few blocks away from the Ponte Santa Trinita crossing the Arno River into the old town.
Buzzing in the first time is a little tricky but easy after you do it once. The elevator is tiny and only fits two people without luggage, or only one person with luggage. It’s not a tall building, so not a dealbreaker to get to the first floor lobby or second floor for rooms. I wouldn’t want to bring my luggage up the stairs if I didn’t have to.

I loved the atmosphere and history and art that infuses this place. The breakfast experience is outstanding and the Santo and biscotti in the drawing room in the evenings is such a nice touch.
The manager, Giacamo, is professional and very helpful - great host.
More and daily refills of bathroom products and toilet paper would have been appreciated.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Staff are friendly and always ready to assist us with our needs. The location is accessible to most famous tourist spots. We enjoyed walking around whilst having gelato despite the cold weather. Restaurants are nearby and there's a convenience store across the road that is open until 12 midnight. The free breakfast is amazing. The chocolate croissant is my favourite! Oh and the free wine at the lounge is superb. It helped me have a goodnight sleep. Had to buy 3 bottles to take home. Big thanks to Giacomo, Roberta and Kuya Dong.
Nothing to say.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Providing an oasis to a busy Firenze experience. The other side of the Arno is still touristy but a slower pace with many excellent restaurants.
I think the buffet is overly complicated and should have a self service coffee point. I would simplify offering cereal/ milks, ham and cheese more fruit less pastries better bread.

What a wonderful hotel! We arrived a little early and the host was so, so gracious and lovely—offering us coffee and water while we waited for our room to be prepared. And, oh what a room it was! So spacious, two whole daybeds, two full baths, ample closet space, and a lofted true full bed (not two twins pushed together). Pillows were fluffy and sheets were soft, and the entire space was bright, well-decorated, and CLEAN. I really loved this hotel. In the morning, breakfast was gorgeous—a great spread of pastries and juices and eggs and cold cuts, as well as coffee and fresh fruit. The location also can't be beat. It's just on the quieter side of the Arno, so you're not bombarded by crowds every time you step outside, but literally steps to the Boboli and the Pitti, and 10m from Uffizi, 15m from the Mercato, the Duomo, etc. etc. Plus! There are great restaurants on this side of the Arno, quieter and less crazy-making then the more touristy restaurants on the opposite side of Firenze.
Wi-Fi was fast as well; we streamed a few YouTube videos without issue. Overall, love love loved this property and if I ever come back to Firenze, I'll be staying here!
Nothing!

A hotel that makes you feel at home - a beautiful Florentine home. Comfort without excesses, delicious breakfast, helpful staff and a decoration that reflects the references of its owners. I was impressed to see how they modernized the place respecting the architecture and identity of the building and the neighborhood. I had happy days with my family in Casa Botticelli!

The location was excellent and the rooms were luxurious with lots of art everywhere. The staff was extremely nice and went above and beyond our expectations. We also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning!
The only issue was the AC took a while to cool the room down each night.

Breakfast was fine, a decent selection of assorted ham, eggs, pastries etc. Tastefully renovated building, more in tune with older people rather than accomodating young children.

We had a great stay! We were given clear instructions for check in since we were arriving after 5pm. The Deluxe Double Room was huge, across 2 floors with one full bathroom with shower, one shower room and one other bathroom with toilet. The TV had Netflix and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly, we also used the laundry service to have a suit cleaned which was fast, easily and a reasonable price. The location is perfect, definitely the best area of Florence!
