I would go there again

Excellent breakfast, free parking, clean and comfort room. Friendly staff

Nothing important. Minor comments - it is better to have more than 1 hook for towels in the bathroom, the door of the shower cabin needs check

Next to an EXTREMELY busy road

good size room comfy bed close to station

This Hotel is next to an EXTREMELY busy & noisy road . They have put in extra double glazing but you can still hear it !! The area isn’t great either , you have to access it through the underpass at the station & then walk along a slightly down at heal path.

Comfortable, Quiet & Clean

The property has excellent free secure parking. There is a good cafe across the street and an excellent pizzeria/restaurant an easy walk away. The property is immaculately clean. There was a very workable kitchen & washing machine.

The bathroom could use updating but was functional & clean. The furnishings are very functional but sparse. The location is outside of the city which we like but may not be for everyone.

Very poor

our room/apartment was 15 mins walk from the hotel in a dull industrial area without any facilities around. We had picked the hotel because of the location close to the railway station. We were not informed about this prior o checkin.

Great family sized hotel room

Easy to find hotel in a good location to access Ravenna. Room was an excellent size for a family of 4, well presented and clean, we really enjoyed our stay.

Helpful staff

The receptionist gave us very useful information about visiting everything in Ravenna! And another one helped us find our way to a restaurant on Sat - almost all full!!

the location is closer to the station than the centre but everything is an easy walk They let me in early because I got soaked in a violent downpour! Breakfast provided. I loved my room. it had character and was super comfy,

The hotel night staff was very helpful finding us a pharmacy for Covid test to get on our cruise.

Really nice hotel! Close to town and close to port.

Room was great size and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Called a cab for us the morning we were leaving for our cruise. Cab was very prompt. British Airways lost our luggage and they were on the lookout for our luggage (never came, at all, for the entire trip). Great location. Breakfast was good. Numerous options. Would stay there again.

The hotel is near in the city center and railway station so you can move from one place to another.

The breakfast is good,but the sala is too small for accomodating all the guest.

I suggest to offer also another option in breakfast like scrumbled egg or sunny side egg instead of always hard boiled egg.and some fried bacon.

Hotel Mosaico, perfect place for my two nights stay at the Ravenna Festival for the Béjart Ballet.

Very convenient location nearby the train station. There is a (new?) subway passage with an exit behind the train station, two minutes walk to the hotel. And 10 minutes walk to the busy city center with nice street restaurants. You have to try the Osteria Pasatelli, recommended by the hotel!! The room was nice and clean with a large twin bed and lots of space for your clothe. Convenient and clean bathroom with larges mirrors, hair dryer and lots of toilet paper ;-). To my surprise I had a minibar with free mineral water and even a super appreciated !! water boiler for my first coffee in the morning :-). The staff is very friendly and heplful. I attended an evening spectacle of the Ravenna Festival. To my biggest surprise, the desk officer was waiting for my return after midnight, before closing the front dore. The breakfast buffet had everything I need: fruits, jogurt, juices, butter and jam, wonderful strong coffee, cheese and ham, and bred roll. (For a spoiled Swiss person and daughter of a baker like me, the Italian bred is definitely not the strongest side of the Italian kitchen.)

The only minus point is the noicy street and the trains during the night (cargo waggons). You might be lucky and get a room to the backyart.

Good value stay for a few days at Ravenna.

Well equipped room and bathroom. In bathroom: luxurious bathrobes will pleasantly finish up your bathing/showers. Located at walking distance from centre and: for travelling by train: close to station Ravenna Porta Nuova ; parkfacility for the guests who travel by car. Bicycle rental possible but has to be anounced in advance. Friendly reception and personnel at breakfastroom.

Internet wasn´t working, staff during serving the breakfast was not very hospitable (one person). We had a noisy room - there were some technical facilities on the wall belonging to our room.

Very good

Nice travelers hotel. Really close to city center, price, nice breakfast (for Italian standards really a lot with a lot of different croissant, toasts and meats/cheese). I could just use my type F plug to charge my phone.

Disappointing

The location was good beside the train station on the sea side of town a little further out from the town centre which under normal circumstances would have been preferred, the breakfast was sufficient cold continental italian fare with meat and sweets

There was a contradiction of available amenities, due to the COVID situation on arrival we were told there were NO available amenities such as restaurant and bar was closed....to our disappointment when going out for a walk we saw that both eating areas were full and in use...this included both food and drink....very disappointing...

A very pleasant hotel, in a good location, not right down town but within a short walking distance

Typical Italian breakfast, nothing to complain about there, room was pleasant and personnel very nice, some spoke English. There is a good local Italian restaurant around the corner, which is nice if you come in late and don't want to wander off in search of one.

Did not like the having to use a plastic cup for water and juice and such at the breakfast buffet, I can imagine the green enthusiast getting annoyed when seeing plastic cups

Very average

One of the reception staff was very helpful and polite, the other not so. The car park at the front was helpful and we found a space no problem. The communication with the staff prior to our stay was very good and prompt.

We were hardly given any information when we checked in and the interaction from the receptionist was very minimal. The breakfast was very basic. The room did not resemble that of the ones on the website, and was in need of an upgrade. We didn't like the location of the hotel as we had to walk a fair distance into the town. The underpass by the station closed at 9.30 adding an additional 15 mins onto our walk back from Town. There is not a lot to do around about the hotel.
