Mi sono trovata bene, ci tornerei per usufruire anche della spa

Struttura molto bella, accogliente e con un ottimo staff. Stanza come da descrizione e soprattutto molto calda. Sono stati tanto gentili da farci anticipare la colazione perché dovevamo andare via presto

Posizione discutibile, dipende da quello che si deve fare. Non vicinissima a pub o ristoranti e per quanto riguarda il mio soggiorno, non era vicinissimo alla scuola di polizia di Alessandria. Ci vuole circa una mezz’ora e la strada non è bellissima soprattutto di sera

Prima plek dicht bij het meer. En aan de doorgaande weg.

De parkeergarage is niet ruim, en zitten kosten aan. Meer parkeergelegenheid dichtbij zou mooi zijn.

J'avais demandé absolument des lits jumeaux : la demande n'avait pas été entendue et il a fallu insister alors qu'il suffisait la chambre prévue disposait de 2 lits qu'il fallait séparer. Le petit déjeuner dit exceptionnel sur le site était plutôt très moyen : pas de grille pain, produits industriels à 100 % , boissons chaudes à la machine type station d'autoroute

A Perfect Stay in Acqui Terme: Friendly Staff, Comfortable Rooms, and Convenient Parking

Our stay at the hotel in Acqui Terme was outstanding. The reception staff's friendliness stood out, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. Having covered parking at the hotel, which was especially convenient for us as we were traveling by motorcycle, added to the overall experience. In short, a perfect stay. We would definitely return on future trips.

Great place to explore Piedmonte

Beautiful setting in walking distance from the centre of Acqua Terme. Quiet. Good food. Lovely room with balcony. Underground car park was a bonus.

Quiet, pleasant place, and a very good value for money

It's a very quiet hotel with plenty of place inside. A very pleasant walk takes you to the city center in 15 minutes. Surroundings are wide enough to walk, see the forest and discover small places every day. Matilde, at the front desk, was very helpful and handsome. All the staff was very nice. We'll stay again in the near future.

We really appreciate acces of personal on reception. We can recomend this hotel. The room were clean and beautiful, the elevator in the hotel connects rooms with underground parking. The hotel is in beautiful city. Grazie

The reception, the staff, the location, the room and the breakfast were perfect. Nothing much to add very pleasant experience, just what a proper hotel should be. If I stay in the region again i'll definitely come back here.

Very pleasant overnight stay.

Stayed overnight with a group of friends while touring on our motorcycles, so the secure underground parking was a bonus. The staff were friendly and engaging, our rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable with all the required facilities. Our evening meal and breakfast were of a very good quality. The location was quiet and pleasant, so I would return and recommend.

Tranquil setting

Loved this hotel beautiful peaceful location but yet a 10.min walk to centre and close enough to train station. Loved the little balcony sitting out listening to the birds. Staff in particular Silvia were super friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. Great value for money. Room was spotless lovely bathroom beds a bit hard but that's my personal opinion I like a softer mattress. Would highly recommend and definitely return

Great place, just be a aware that is far for city center

Breakfast was included. The location of hotel is far from the city center. We did rent car so we have to walk, back and for at least twice a day.
