Nice hotel for a nice price

Breakfast was good, I paid for it not from room price but was also the same if I had booked room with it included. Nice place, walking distance to the beach (albeit a long walk lbs).

Insgesamt alles perfekt!

Top Lage zum Flughafen. Sauber, Parkplätze vorhanden. Zimmer in Ordnung mit kleinem Pool. Alles bestens!

The location is very quiet and private setting the staff was very nice and helpful the staff .

Location is great. The food cook there is very tasty

My tv didn’t work the internet was week and then they gave me another tv it worked for 2 nights and then the internet went out. The food prices was bigger than the portions the portions was extra small for the price

We will stay again and if you’re looking for a romantic get away it’s a winner. The restaurant has $2.00 delivery charge

Clean and outstanding staff. It’s fourth time staying. Everything is very clean, the pool area is comfortable and you feel safe swimming in the pool.

We had issues with hot water but the cooler water was nice because of the extreme heat. The remote on the tv we had issues with but the Toby’s team were all over it

Always a pleasure to stay at tobys

Tobys is a beautiful property, all of the staff are great especially Michael at the pool bar, the grounds are always beautifully kept and maintained. Property is kept clean and tidy.

Great base for the west of the island

Staff very friendly, resort clean and well kept - 2 pools and very quiet - perfect after a long fight and only 1 km from the airport. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and location perfect for easy walk access to hip strip and Doctor's Cave beach.

Limited parking; afraid to drive out and not have parking upon return.

Nice enough for a very short trip.

Location is great. Room was comfortable enough. Staff polite.

Wi-Fi did not work the entire duration of my stay which was very annoying as I need to be able to keep up with emails and even online meetings. Wi-Fi at the bar or lobby worked better…in the rooms as least the room I was in on the ground floor was absolutely frustrating and totally dysfunctional.

Hotel confortable y limpio, aunque algo alejado del centro. Hay 2 pequeñas calas con playa cerca

Las habitaciones amplias y camas muy cómodas. Limpio y el baño algo pequeño pero suficiente

Alguna chica de la recepción no fue muy amable a nuestra llegada y a la hora de facilitar el check-in. Aunque el resto de personal si que fue amable.

Can’t wait to get back!

Restaurant doesn’t open until 12 so by that time it’s lunch. I had a great meal, the best meal I’ve had in Jamaica.

Well located small hotel for a few nights

Good location - close to the Doctor's cave, also the rooms are facing the internal yard, which makes it more relaxing. Rooms are ok in terms of size and comfort. You can chill on the sunbeds by the pool. Breakfast was also good (we had an omelette and coffee). You can leave your luggage at the reception when checking out.

The curtains let the light in and we could also still hear the noise from outside. The beds aren't too large for 2 ppl.

Overall good stay!

I stayed at Toby's several years ago and did not give them a good review. I generally use the resort as my stop over to my main place to reside. However, I must say that Toby's has come a long way baby!!! The reception staff was amazing! I received an upgrade to my original room request. The amenities seem to have been upgraded, also. Toby's can be a vibe! My family and I really enjoyed our couple of nights.

The only bad thing I have to say is the restaurant service was terrible! My nieces and I waited about an hour for our breakfast to arrive only to see other people arrive after us and be serviced with their entire meals. Eventually, we left, hungry and visibly upset! There was no charge for the drinks we had while we waited but I suspect that's only because one of the staff members noticed us when he was walking by to conduct business and then much later saw us leave without proper service.
