Food was amazing love the variety the natural vegetation and waterfall next to the restaurant add ambience to the restaurant this is one of my favourite spots at Deja see the picture
The room it claims it came with a CITY I felt duped all I got was a lattice post with a planter on it so DISAPPOINTED

The breakfast was fairly good even though we had to wait awhile for some breakfast items to be replenish. We are not the heavy breakfast persons. The staffs were friendly and pleasant
Parking is horrible, the room was not very clean. I think we got the worst room in the hotel.

Food was excellent and the staff was extremely nice, pleasant and helpful. The location is great
Parking was a NIGHTMARE. They need a new arrangement. The housekeeping cart was kept right outside my door and FULL ashtrays and trash were placed on a little table next to it.....that was kind of gross and noticeable because the rest of the place was kept so clean and nice

Second time at Deja. I always enjoy the atmosphere. Food is very good. Local menu, and plenty to choose from. I will return. Staff was accommodating.
no complaints.I used to stay years ago when it was called the Gloustershire.

Decent
The airport to and fro cost should have been lower or even free

Everything was easy and accessible
The staff were polite and helpful
There was no facility for UK pounds or currency

There was a good selection for Breakfast that I did enjoy, however I found the saltfish mix with baked beans rather odd. Ackee and saltfish, 'Yes'
I love jerk chicken but couldn't eat it at the grill, as it was greatly overcooked.

The location is convenient, but parking is a nightmare. The food was OK.
I usually have positive reviews for this hotel, but this stay was disappointing. Our room was over an hour late to be ready, which made us late for our appointment.
Then we were given the worst room in the building - top floor (no lift), no balcony, only one bed (when I had booked for two).
As a returning guest, it just felt very disappointing compared to previous visits. I don't think we'll be back again.

The property was traditional with a lovely friendly atmosphere
I had no outlook from my room which was ok as I was only there for two nights

Very pleased with all staff members.
Pillows need to be replaced! They were lumpy and very uncomfortable! If we made a return trip, the pillows (staff brought us replacements to no avail), we would not stay at your location without better pillows.

I got a massage while I was there from ramarjo who did a great job. Loved the feeling of this resort and value for what it says to be. The bartenders were all great and loved the open bar. Loved the festivities like the singer that came to perform. First time in Jamaica and it was a great place to visit.
could update facilities to make sure bugs stay out

Satia, Anthony, Deon, Alonzo and Andre were amazing. Satia hospitality skills were excellent anticipated all needs prior too asking. Anthony ensures our safety and assists with arrival. There is always a great conversation, and offering assistance extended beyond was is required. I never want to leave my home away from home. I am already preparing for my next visit there at Deji. I look forward to making more memories there at Deji.
I always feel welcome and like a family member.

The Location Was Great And The Staff Were Great As Well!
The Entire Resort Needs To Be Updated, Because It Looks A Bit Rundown. A Deep Cleaning And Fresh Paint Will Take This Place Up A Few Notches. Also, The Main Bar Smells Like A Sour Mop.

Price. Location. Great tasting food and variety of food options.
*On the first day we saw 2 roaches: one in our room bathroom and the other at the coffee bar area.
*As it has no elevator, the property was not accessible for persons that have a mobility disability. Can be noisy due to nearby traffic.
*Attempts to contact the property directly prior to check-in (by social media, WhatsApp or email) were all unsuccessful. Management should assign a staff member assigned to handle these types of community.
*There was only 1 night of organized entertainment (steel pan), more would have been nice.
*There was no daily menu list and no pamphlet or written guide to the amenities on-site at the hotel.

Convenient location, access to beach and shopping.
Didn't like shuttle service was not free and part of the all inclusive price.

Very nice workers. The food were great. But should have a different culture mixture of food
The room should have a little refrigerator in them. Also open the poolside bar later. Like up until midnight.

Lone traveler in the month of September 2022.
The staff at the front desk were very pleasant, and attentive and offered to go the extra mile to assist me when Booking.com canceled my taxi booking. Once at the front desk, you had their full attention, and my observation was everyone was treated with the same courtesies.
The food at the hotel is authentic and of good quality. the joy of eating fruit that's ripened before being picked, and the choice of dishes for lunch and dinner is good. I believe they use local produce that ensures the food is fresh, tasty, cooked well, and a great eating experience exceeding their three stars. (having stayed at a 5* hotel after my stay at Deja. I really missed the food! and unbiased attention from the staff).
My experience at Deja has certainly changed my mind from only staying at 5* hotels. The customer experience at Deja exceeded my expectation and it's an experience I look forward to again.
The room was large, comfortable, and well-equipped. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly. The bed linen was fresh and ironed, and the bed comfortable which aided a great night's sleep.
Access to the beach was just the best, opposite the hotel. The beach is an experience all on its own. Spend the day there, you'll enjoy the ability to leave go back to the hotel for lunch and return to the beach.
The hotel veranda overlooking Doctor's Cave Beach is a lovely spot to sit early in the morning or late at night.
Deja offered great service and an excellent experience, that encouraged me to tell everyone I know!
There was no banana porridge at breakfast! :)
The maintenance of the pool and jacuzzi could do with a little more attention.
The snacks could be better presented
I couldn't locate the fridge in the room.
