Desconexión y relax

Necesitábamos desconectar y relajarnos, por eso elegimos este hotel, además todos los días eligen al azar un cliente VIP y nos eligieron a nosotros! Nos regalaron una cena en el restaurante italiano y nos dejaron hacer el check out a las 15:00. El personal muy atento. Si volvemos a Lanzarote, sin duda elegiremos este hotel.

Desde mi punto de vista la comida del hotel no está a la altura de las instalaciones.

struttura decisamente "imponente" e molto bella. abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l'ampiezza e la pulizia della camera, la comodità del letto, la dotazione di prodotti per il bagno e la varietà della colazione.

ci è stata assegnata una camera un po' defilata: questo è stato un vantaggio in termini di tranquillità e silenzio ma ci siamo sentiti un po' troppo "periferici" rispetto alla struttura. nel riordino giornaliero della camera hanno dimenticato di rifornirci del caffè solubile.

À éviter, très mauvaise qualité

Pas de chaises longues, réservées dès 7h du matin. Très très bruyant impossible de dormir avant 23 heures et bruit à 7h de la piscine. Restaurant : tous les jours quasiment les mêmes plats. Beaucoup de friture. Personnels peu sympathiques. En tout cas pas du tout un centre sportif.

Great location and facilities. Perfect for a relaxing stay in Lanzarote

Great hotel, lots of activities to do with or without kids. We planned snorkeling through the activities counter and Annalisa was really helpful. The activity itself and the staff were also great and gave us recommendations on what to do in Lanzarote. Food is good for the price, breakfast is really good and the staff in the restaurants are very helpful and friendly. I needed a wine opener and ice one evening and they helped me straight away with a big smile on their face. Location is great, close to Teguise which is great for the Sunday market and you can pretty much get anywhere in the island in under an hour if you are planning on exploring.

If you have a car, you are told there is Parking which is small and completely full at all times so you have to park on the street and sometimes not that close to the hotel because very busy. So very annoying especially if you are carrying luggage. Also the service in reception could be better, we ran out of shampoo and had to call twice to get someone to actually come to our room and were told we didn’t express the urgency the first time we called. And the day we arrived we asked for help on where to park and we were basically told to find parking ourselves (i would expect more support from a 4 star hotel).

HOTEL SUPERBE. VUE MER MAGNIFIQUE. PERSONNEL AU PETIT SOIN.

Très bien situé pour visiter l'île. Arrêt de bus en face de l'hôtel. Agence de location de voitures et de vélos juste à côté de l'hôtel. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Espace fitness bien équipé. Je recommande +++++

La piscine chauffée pourrait être accessible pour tous. Un forfait boissons pourrait être proposé pour les clients en demi pension.

Séjour famille et sportif

Bien situé, belles chambres, propre, belles infrastructures, très bons buffets, toutes les commodités à proximité (commerces, bus, location vélo et voiture...), idéal pour les sportifs.

Isolation des chambres: Un peu bruyant le matin au niveau des couloirs et quand votre chambre donne sur la piscine olympique et que les entraînements commencent à 7h -Literie pas assez ferme à notre goût

Completa y satisfactoria

Donde esta situado el hotel es super tranquilo, el personal muy atento y profesional.

Al ser un hotel activo, nuestra habitacion daba a la piscina olimpica y al gimnasio y desde las 7:00 de la mañana se escuchaban los pitos de los entrenadores y las pesas caer al suelo.

Sehr gut mit allem was man braucht

Sehr gute Lage, für Radsportler perfekt, Radverleih in der Hotelanlage, an der Strandpromenade für schöne Spaziergänge bei Sonnenaufgang …das Zimmer mit Meersicht sehr schön und sauber, schöne Terrasse…das Essen war sehr gut, auch für Vegetarier viel Auswahl, viel Obst und Gemüse.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage im vorderen Hotel am Meer perfekt.

Die Qualität der alkoholischen Getränke im Rahmen des all-inclusive. Angebotes. Man bestellt einen Baileys und bekommt stillschweigend ein minderwertiges Ersatzgetränk. Bier und Wein ist okay

Huge hotel, dirty rooms, no customer focus

check in at night was done professionally.

Room dirty (with dead cockroaches) and smelly. Soap dispenser lose, window door not closing. Very disappointed. During the stay a very poor customer focus. Guest treated like numbers. At check out they asked me to make a list of all issues, and neither a question or a sign of..."can we do something for you"?

Lovely hotel - would definitely recommend!

My room was bigger than I expected. The housekeepers cleaned it and replaced my towels daily. Great view from the balcony. There was a nice variety of food at breakfast. I have decided to join a gym at home after how well things went at the hotel gym. Throughout the week there were many activities set up in the pool area, such as water polo and darts, and live entertainment at night. There were bus stops right outside the hotel, which made travelling easier.

The shower had no door or curtain, so the floor kept being covered in water. The kettle in my room had spots on the inside which looked like mould or limescale, so I didn't use it to be safe.

Very nice place, spacious and cozy. Staff were very friendly and kind. I recommend going for a sea view room, totally worth it.

Maybe its a personal opinion but the quality of the food at breakfast was not what I expected. Loads of industrial bag frozen products and very little fruit choices. Music and other activities at the pool were totally unnecessary.

A gorgeous family holiday!

The staff are absolutely amazing. Couldn’t do more for you. The entertainment for the kids (mini disco and Barcy😃)are so excellent. Once we moved to the Royal area as well the accommodation was superb. Good is great and we were only half board.

We started in a non Royal Room, after a jittery start the staff moved us (upgraded us) to the Royal rooms and we had a front line suite which was beautiful! They couldn’t have done more for us (even if the kids missed the bunk beds from the old room!!)

Great facilities, friendly staff and near to the airport.

My room was a bit too hot, even with the air conditioning on. However, after I mentioned this to reception, they brought us two fans so the problem was solved.

That there was loads of space for everyone comfortably

Some of the rooms were very run down with no view of anything ! We had major issues with cockroaches and we had to call reception two nights in a row and when asked to be moved they couldn’t facilitate us until the next morning ! Yet moving from block 3 to block 6 there seemed to be a difference in cleanliness and even the room seemed to be newer
