Very good breakfast. A very comfy room, not that big but even not that small (it was really good for one person or a couple). I personally loved the shower, very good water pressure and temperature for a very hot Madrid during August. Getting to the hotel was also easy by using Metro (subway) and then just a couple of steps until the reception's door.
Nothing that needs mention. It was a really good experience.

Location
The worst NH that I have ever stayed in. Urgent remodeling. Stay in a lot NH, and don’t make any sense for the normal quality levels of the company.

Everything
The Toaster in the breakfast room is beyond terrible….. you need twenty minutes to toast a slice of bread. I don’t know who was the Spanish salesperson who sold all these substandard toaster to all the hotels in Spain but I want to offer him/her a job!

did not like that there is no kitchen or room service availble after 23:00. and the breakfast could be more interesting.

The location, near the stadium.
Shower wasn't working, it was not clean 100% as well as the beds. Staff wasn't super friendly.

the location
the bar was closed, I found hairs of the previous guest in the bathroom sink

The room was lovely and airy with all the basics covered. More a 3* than 4* though. Easy location to get around from.
On both check in and out the staff pretty much ignored me. The reception area needs a bit more to be 4*. It's on a noisy corner.

Room was clean.
Wifi worked fine.
Late check-in was good
Window in the room could not close, while it was accessible from an inside court. I did not feel save. Room was number 102 in the additional building.

Staff were helpful and location was good
Our room had a horrible smell from the bathroom drains. We spoke to staff who changed our room however this one smelt musty and the fridge made a lot of noise all night. Didn’t sleep well.

- Nice location in a quieter area than the city centre. Walking distance to the Bernabeu stadium.
- Room was clean and tidy
- Great breakfast
- Helpful staff
- Excellent transport links nearby
- The single room was not very quiet. Could hear constant chairs scraping and vibrations from loose window frames.
- Very hot room and the thermostat had little affect.
- Room window opened externally, but into a narrow courtyard with minimal air flow and no direct light.
- Bathroom had no ventilation working.
- The room had a really bad sewage smell at times.

Location and staff
The views, the smell of the room, only heating, was very hot and opening a window would mean having more noise from the street.

I needed to change building early in the morning to get breakfast, the room had a balcony outside the window with someone living there, the toilet smelled badly of sewage, the fridge was very noisy at night

location was good.
A lot of the rooms back onto a courtyard and the sound echoes around. The rooms are really hot so you have to have the window open at night. There are apartments also backing onto the courtyard and residents talk really loudly on their phones late into the night making it very difficult to sleep.
The hotel also tried to overcharge me on room service.
I reported the hot room and noise to the reception but no one was really bothered. There are reviews on Google that say the same issue re: noise and hot rooms so this is obviously a common problem.
