Bar and Breakfast rooms were wonderful.
Beds weren’t the most comfortable

4.0
The view and restaurant on site.
Public spaces are due for updating.

早餐不错。
我们订的是双床房,给我们的是大床房。每人一只大箱子搬到三楼差点累倒,没有电梯。

Beautiful location and excellent staff.
Tiny tiny bathroom.
Shower did not drain so we had to always be concerned about it overflowing onto the floor.
Contacted the front desk, and they promised to get it fixed. But they did not.

Beautiful views on the loch in a lovely (but updated) historical property. The location was fantastic and great to explore nearby areas like Glencoe. Rooms were clean and comfortable and there was an excellent restaurant on site.
It seemed like the restaurant may have been a bit understaffed as they seemed very overwhelmed and were unable to accommodate us for dinner - be sure to book ahead (it is worth it)!
4.5
Friendly staff. Great restaurant. Comfortable room. Nice size bathroom.
Minor thing, the bathroom had handsoap, shampoo, conditioner. No bath soap or shower gel.

Excellent location. Rooms very comfortable and clean and amazing views

The food was wonderful and the service was good. We had a dinner reservation as advised by staff upon arrival.
No elevator. If you have heavy luggage you have to heave it up a few floors. If we knew this in advance we would've requested a ground floor room.

Good breakfast, beautiful building
There was a very loud repetitive noise that kept us up both nights. The restaurant was not very good and the service was not great (4 waiters for 40 tables--i felt horrible for them).

Very nice hotel with a view on the river and bridge. This was a great step on our scottish road trip. Parking was included and the location was very pleasant.
For some reason, a kind of "deposit" was charged at the check-in, even if the stay was allready paid online and the refund came a week later...

what a building!!! so charming and atmospheric!!
the restaurant is a bit sterile for such an amazing place

The staff were amazing, helpful, friendly, and always available. The restaurant staff in particular seemed very hard working and efficient. They did their best to place us in a quiet area and get us taken care of before a bus load of noisy tourists arrived, which we really appreciated!
The room was nice and clean, with nice personal touches, and the water pressure was great!
