The bedrooms, hot tub, location and kitchen were spot on -really well maintained and lovely. A really goos range of kitchen bits available
The bathrooms were a bit old -leaky shower head in one and a bit tired. The black sofa in the lounge was the same. The mattresses were roo firm

Great location!
Size of property was great and the hot tub was brilliant too!
The driveway was not the easiest to get in and out of due to bricks and building stones. The tourist information etc was not the easiest to find either.

Easy to collect key code from hotel
Not easy to find cottage on busy road

The property is beautiful and has stunning views. We loved the hot tub and the spaciousness of the property and it’s gardens. It had everything to make our stay wonderful. The main hotel with the pool is a few minutes drive up but it’s worth it.
Too many insects and midges but that is not their fault. At one time it was impossible to stay in the tub because of the insects :(

The location is lovely with a view across the loch. The hot tub is situated in a great place and has fabulous views. The bedrooms all have en suites
It is a little dated inside and needs some refurbishing and repainting to freshen it up. The bed was a great size but the mattress was extremely hard

Friendly staff at main hotel, as well as great food and use of the facilities there. Hot tub at cottage was brilliant - heating and tub were both on and ready when we arrived

Fantastic location.

The location is fantastic. Loch Linnhe is just across the road in front of the house and at the back there is instant access to trails to bike and walk. It is a big chalet with 3 en suite bathrooms so for a family of 4 it is very nice. The curtains are all black out which is great for the the 3am sun coming up in the summer. The hot tub is nice and was cleaned and checked most days by a member of hotel staff.
The chalet is about 2 miles from the local services (CO-OP supermarket, pub etc) in one direction and about 1.5 miles from the hotel where you collect the keys. There is a house next door but the chalet feels very private and it has a large garden which my kids loved. When you sit on the swings all you see is lochs and mountains.
I'd stay here again for sure - the location is brilliant. 25 minutes to Fort William (M&S food hall) and less than an hour to Oban if you want nice food. Glencoe visitor centre is 5 miles up the road.
Bring everything you need to eat! There was no sugar, salt, ketchup or any other food stapes. The cupboards were bare.
The kitchen is getting a bit tired and the cooker makes lots of noise but works great. The smoke alarm is SUPER sensitive so careful with toast if you are first up.
The chalet is on a road so if you have very young children be aware of that. Also the loch doesn't have a beach as such and it is not easy access over the boulders.
The heating is not that easy to work out but you can switch it onto auto and set the thermostat. Plumbing is very noisy flushing the loo at night.
All the spotlights are rubbish - the main room is perpetually dark even with the lights on.
If this sounds like a long list of gripes it isn't. It's a lovely clean cottage in a great location and if the weather is awful there is plenty of space for a family.

Very nice place, lots of room and someone came to clean the hot tub in the morning and check the water which was a good sign. Free logs for the fire and a nice big kitchen with a great view. I would go again, couldn't afford summer prices though. I'll stick to winter. We were a little late leaving the next day but we weren't hassled about it, so thanks.
