Easy place, great location, nice room

Great location, tram to Southern Cross station right out front, very comfy bed, helpful staff - and the bag leaving facility makes a Melbourne stay so much easier

Maybe another power point near the beds would have been good.

Great location for a weekend in the city.

Location to lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and a tram stop.

I think the bath is a bit small as a shower and it is steep to get into.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay , staff were helpful and friendly . Room was great had everything we needed

The hotel was comfortable . We liked the separation door between the bedroom and the lounge area. Location was fantastic. My daughter loved the pool

The beds were very uncomfortable. The TV appeared old , didn’t have any ‘smart tv’ so we could watch catch up or movies in the evening . Would be nice to have room service or a cafe attached to the hotel with breakfast etc

i stayed at citadines every time i visited, this time wasnt pleasant.

Hair dryer not functioning. Knocking sounds late at night, every night. light switches wasnt working when we arrive and we had to hang back for it to fixed. (Althot i comment the electrician for resolving it! the reception should have switched us to another room.

Spacious, clean and beautifully located. Contains everything you need for a comfortable stay.

For such a roomy, big bathroom the shower was tiny and pokey. Only a few provisions of tea and milk were provided (enough for two cups).

Ideal location with awesome views of the city skyline.

The location, tram stop in front was very handy. Close to Chinatown and MCG. The view is amazing.

The bed was a lot smaller than the one in the studio apartments and not very comfortable.

Great location

Spacious (considering that it is an inner city location) 1-bedroom apartment with street views. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with good hot water pressure in shower. Free wifi within the apartment was reliable. Minimal noise from outside.

It’s easy to use public transport. Staff are very helpful and courteous. It’s very clean and well maintained.

The surrounding area doesn’t seem to have many good cafes or good convenience stores, although this varies as businesses come and go.

Lovely staff and great location

The location is excellent. This is the second time I've stayed here, and both times the staff have been incredibly lovely. The room (being an apartment) was huge and had a full-sized kitchen, with floor to ceiling windows all around. It would be a very comfortable room to spend an extended stay in. There is a public carpark conveniently located below the hotel.

On this occasion, although most surfaces seemed okay, the couch was covered in crumbs and clearly hadn't been vacuumed.

Lovely 10N stay!

Easy access to eateries, supermarkets and malls, and right in front of tram station. A little wear and tear but overall comfy! Bed is on the soft side but still comfortable. Friendly receptionists and spacious lobby.

*Not complaining but factual* Bathroom shower head is fixed. Bathroom floors could be cleaner, felt slimy. Hairdryer is just too noisy. No direct USB charger Construction in next building starts as early as 7ish but not a deal breaker

Comfortable beds, if more attention was paid to a thorough cleaning I would rate it much higher.

Location and comfortable beds.Kitchen and microwave facilities. Twin bed’s as requested.Late check out. Proximity to the city.

Room needed more thorough cleaning . Could see fingerprints everywhere. Needs painting in the hallways. Check in extremely slow. Was hard to find .. need more signage . Shower was hard to monitor the temperature. No food or breakfast available

Good value for money, great service and excellent location.

Terrific location, right in the middle of the free tram zone and a tram stop right outside. Very easy to get around from here. Excellent service, well organised, good communication all the way. Lots of shopping and eating all around it, felt very safe outside on the street.

The rooms are tired. Having said that the beds were very comfortable, it had a full kitchen (dishwasher, stove!) and was well kept. Decor just getting on in years. Bathroom modern enough, but basin outside shower/toilet room, unusual layout.

It was a good experience!

The location was great, walked to AO, Museum, Myers, Dj’s Caught free tram to Southcross station to catch Sky Bus to the airport.

Curtains were dusty but ti their credit they had them washed in a day! I am alergic to dust!
