Good comfortable stay

Neat and clean apartment with washing machine/dryer and kitchenette.

Rates were probably pricier because of Taylor Swift concerts during this time. Hence, the price was high.

Comfortable, convenient, very nicely appointed.

A very well-appointed apartment located (for me) very conveniently. The location is close to Carlisle Street with both major supermarkets as well as cafes etc.

Cutlery wasn't sparkling clean - but I am pedantic. Windows needed a clean but perhaps there had been nasty weather in Melbourne immediately preceding my stay.

Nice modern apartment but need your own supplies

The apartment was fresh, clean and fairly new with good views; most facilities provided

Air conditioning was inadequate - hot bedrooms; starter packs for dishwasher and laundry were a bit mean (supplies for two days only which meant we had to buy whole news packs for just 2 days extra stay). Also a bit far away from the main action in St Kilda

Disappointing stay with very uncomfortable beds

The location was perfect for us and the accommodation was light and airy, the washer and dryer was great.

The beds were very uncomfortable, a sofa to seat 2 in a 4 person accommodation wasn’t great and we had to sleep with doors open as there’s no aircon in the bedroom. We wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately

Fine but cigarette smoke was a shame as was unwillingness to assist with

Facilites nice, fine location close to things.

Intense cigarette smoke and smell, with pregnant wife and elderly mother this was less than ideal. Accomodation refused to assist, only said they would escalate further but did nothing and no further contact l. Appears a chronic smoker lives in building and the smell was in hallways, other rooms, lifts etc

Location

The cleaners were amazing however the Guy who was process my accommodation was a nightmare. I waited out in the freezing cold for over 45 minutes and when he was processing my payment it took an hour..He was rude and telling me to book somewhere else as l didn't have a virtue card. He in the end had very negative phone calls infront of me about me. I was never rude or tone inappropriate. Was late to my meeting hole purpose of coming to Melbourne and fearful of seeing him during my stay.

lack of kitchen equipment, and very poor supply of consumables including toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, no tissues or welcome items in the fridge etc. these are such simple things to make it just that much more homey

We had a nice enough stay.

The property was spacious and well equipped. Nice furnishings were appealing.

Would be better if there were staff on-site more than just at check in. Smoke alarm battery in the apartment was going off as we arrived and was thankfully sorted out by the staff member who checked us in, but if she had already left, it would have been frustrating to then have to contact a maintenance person to fix it, with an unknown timeframe. There was some kind of spillage in the door of the fridge, and also dirty plates and glasses in the cupboard. I ended up washing everything before I used it, as I wasn’t confident things were clean. More attention to the cleanliness of the crockery and cutlery would have been good. The apartment was also really cold. The tiny aircon unit in the lounge room did absolutely nothing to warm it up. Was really cold at night too, to the point of uncomfortable.

Would definitely recommend to stay here, one of the best stays I’ve been in for sure!

Great location, friendly staff, visually appealing apartment. The handoff was easy and all facilities needed were available. Overall had a great time and would stay again.

It was a windy weekend so a draft blew into the apartment making it quite cold. Maybe some extra blankets would have helped with the cold :) A little noisy from the chairs outside but not a big deal, the stay was great regardless.

Beautiful room.very comfortable.

The drain in the kitchen sink had a disgusting smell that was very off putting our whole stay. We had to keep the plug in and towels over the sink to reduce the stench.

Exceptional

Lovely warm welcome from Veena. Pre arranged time to meet at reception for check in as its not always manned. Good communication. Great location across from Trinity Pub and 5 mins walk from many restaurants and cafes. Great full kitchen set up with oven and dishwasher and full fridge. Lovely spacious apartment. A fan was offered on request and this was nice and gave some white noise for the moderate tram noise, so this didn't bother me. Aircon in loungeroom was lovely and cold. Really enjoyed my stay here and would return.

Bed was firm and I think a topper would make it feel more comfortable and luxurious. A personal preference for a softer bed. The couch and dining chairs look lovely, but not all that comfortable to sit in for a long time. Perhaps some newer cushions on the couch and cushions on the dining chairs might help this. And more coathangers for a lovely big wardrobe. All small things but would really make this apartment more luxurious and comfortable, as it certainly looks lovely.
